CVS keeps sending me survey requests for CVS stores I have never visited. I have asked them to fix this problem but they continue to ignore me. If they are mixing up customer records what information are they inappropriately disclosing?
Until CVS improves their online and computer systems and software I advise everyone to shop there at your own risk.

If you buy a bottled drink, check and make sure it is sealed, because one time I bought a drink and it was already opened and had to be thrown away. Otherwise the rest of the store and pharmacy is good. Sometimes there are people loitering at the entrance and it is not located in the best area.

I drove all the way from USC to pick up an item that was indicated to be in stock. I arrived at the store to discover the item was not in stock nor was there a label for the item. When I spoke to the manager her response was (well, maybe it shows it's in inventory but it's been stolen.) So, did the thief still the label too? As a manager it is your responsibility to make sure your inventory, labels, and prices are correct. She really has poor leadership skills (she walked away and didn't didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.)

I absolutely love the employees here. Luis and Nate are amazing. Andre the pharmacist . He is actually the reason I switched to this location. I follow him where ever he goes. Andre has been my pharmacist almost 20 years. To me he is the best!! No matter when I go whoever is working greets you with a hello and just treat you like they have known you forever....in a respectful way though!!

the pharmacy is literally employed by sloths. THEY ARE SO SLOW! Lines always down the aisle because the drive thru window is always closed. 40mins to pick up a prescription. i wish customer service was still a thing. front registers are no better. no matter how many customers, there will only be 1 register open.

Went in only to deposit almost the max allowed money to Capital One. So I approached the cashier thinking she knows what she is doing gave her my debit card and the cash but she told me it wouldn’t let her deposit. She gave me the option to reload it on my cc she said it went through but can’t see it on my account. Now I’m having trouble getting my money back. The time difference was few hours on the same day. With receipts and all and I was not able to get a refund, when my money is in the cashier’s drawer or somewhere. I will update this if there’s progress but as of now my rating for them is below 1 star.To the Corporate Office: I hope you understand it is a large amount of money I have saved for something really important. Now I have missed that opportunity. I’m not here to just rant to make CVS look bad.Str#: 9584Time: 11:08 a.m.Date: 2/18/2023Reg # 03Helped by: Myra the long (red) haired girl (she introduced herself as Liz) please check the cctv on that day and time.If CVS and Capital One is saying that it’s not showing in their system, but the cashier Myra/Liz was able to print a receipt then my money is most likely in her pocket.
