It's the DMV you really don't know what to expect when you have to get something done. When I walked in and waited in line someone flipped out at the counter, the staff handled it very well. I was like "oh boy" this isn't off to a good start. But I needed to stick it out and get er done. Everything went smoothly for me and I had no appointment I was instructed what I needed to do and everyone was so professional and courteous. I was in and out in about in hour and half, really no complaints at all. Next up motorcycle license in the near future. :-)

On this trip to DMV I was very pleasantly surprised when I was assisted by a wonderful lady with a beautiful smile. Kathy Evan's was not only helpful and patient with my needs, she also stayed with me throughout this tedious process. I had to return to the office 3 times and each time she called me back to her window and worked with what I had. All DMV employees are not like Kathy. She needs to give some lessons in patience and kindness. Thank you Kathy. I know you cannot accept gifts, so just know how much I appreciate you and your work ethic.

I took my driving test today and the lady I took it with was extremely racist and prejudice towards me and failed me because of a idiotic reason because I stopped the car fully to make a right turn on hazel when there was a green light when I'm already going 20 miles per hour and hazel is a small street and cars were already parked on the road side which doesn't help at all so in summary I hope she never amounts to nothing in life that's why she works at the dmv now

WORST place ever. Staff is so unfriendly and rude it's ridiculous. Person in the front gave me the wrong forms in which i ended up being scolded for when they could have easily explained how to properly fill out the form.

The worst customer service ! The employees try to act like they’re doing us a favor and the manager r is the same way !! And if you speak Spanish and need a translator be prepared to not get helped . Try to avoid this location.
