Didn’t have an extensive repair by any means. Staff was friendly and attentive but I felt I was being priced gouged as Eli’s was over 34% more compared to other body shops I was quoted. It’s worth noting I was paying cash and not going through an insurance claim. With the help of my dealership, that recommended Eli’s, they lowered the price to the other quotes I received. However I would never bring my car back to them given their pricing.

Eli’s is grade A!!!! Service is impeccable. Their team and staff are all very professional and polite. I brought my car there twice, first being referred by my Mercedes dealership. They fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time and didn’t gauge me on the price. The work done was seamless! When I needed a tow, they got the car handled for me the same day. I had my bumper replaced covered by insurance. Staff has been very friendly and I assume that the repair works are good.However, it took 5 weeks to change a bumper. That's too long. In addition the price for the work had a 300% increase compared to the initial estimate. While I wasn't paying myself it had to be mentioned for those who does pay out of pocket.Finally, the pickup was delayed one day and I had to wait 40min for the staff to find my key.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit while parked on the street. Subaru recommended I bring the car to Eli's for repair. Once I was able to make an appointment, which took a little time, I was treated with white glove service. Diana regularly updated me on the status of my car and parts. She was super responsive by phone and email. She worked directly with the car rental and insurance company to sort through any details, including extending my car rental. Working with her made the whole process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Eli's after working with her.

I'm glad I found Eli's Collision, They made my experience easy and stress free. Yarithza Gomes is a amazing person, she goes over and beyond for her customers, she keeps you on the loop on what's going on and never in the darkness, very communicative, I'm glad they have a employee like her (she deserves a raise?). If I'm ever in need of a auto repair, Eli's Collision will always be my go to.

This is the absolute worst body shop to deal with! My car has been there for over 3 months. While expensive the customer service is totally unacceptable.The representative is non-responsive and any information being given can not be trusted. For example the answer machine says they will get back to you within 24hrs, but rarely do so. I’ve been told my car would be ready 2 weeks ago, only to be left without an update. I was out of the country for 6 weeks during the repair and on the phone I was told the car should be ready when I return or they would notify me. They initially kept me updated and it sounded like things were on track. I had communicated the day when I would be back and I was told that it would likely be ready. Shortly before I was returning I still didn't know when my car would be ready and had to reach out again myself to get an ETA, which was very unclear... once I arrived I was left without a car initially and had to wait another 2 weeks for my car. The shop provided a rental car for a period of time prior to my trip and afterwards once the rental from my insurance expired. However the pick up location was very much out of my way. For example it added about 1.5 - 2 hours to my trip to the airport, not what I was planning to do before a long 11hr flight.If you have a Porsche or car that needs to be fixed at this certified body shop, go anywhere but here.Once I had picked up the car, about 4 month after the accident happened, I received emails from the business expecting me to remove my review within 2 days or they would otherwise potentially charge me for the rental or in their words 'consider to review the rental agreement'. It took them a month to reply to my review... and several months to repair my car without keeping me appropriately updated on the ETA. The repair itself is up to the standard and I have not encountered any issues so far.I am updating the star rating from 1 (poor) to 3 stars (average) for the fact that they did release the car while still having outstanding costs from the insurance company (otherwise I would still be without a car...) and the fact that they did provide a rental (however the rentals were not premium cars by any means and in some instances fully electric, which was another inconvenience since I do not have a method to charge the car where I live).The car had no structural damage (bumper, hood, some sensors and lights needed to be replaced and the car needed recalibrating), and while I understand receiving parts can take a while, the communication was not professional at all and the customer service provided far below my expectation. I still would not recommend this body shop and avoid it at all costs in the future!!
