The service I have received from this Enterprise has been UNMATCHED!!!! It was just incredible, every step of the way through my entire experience! From the moment Daniel picked me up from the collision repair facility, to Tia and the other woman (I'll update once I get her name) were so lovely and warm. They even had a texting service that I used to get in contact with someone since calling was inconvenient. I also felt very taken care of by the Manager Richi! Everyone was so nice and sweet, they all seemed like they really enjoy their jobs which is important. I highly, highly recommend renting a vehicle from here.

my utmost appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by your employee, Johnathan Davis. I had the pleasure of working with him during my recent rental experience and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I walked into the rental office, Johnathan greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. He was not only friendly and professional, but also highly efficient and attentive to my needs. Despite the busy time, he managed to address my concerns and provided me with all the necessary information I needed for my rental. What impressed me the most was how well Johnathan multitasked during this busy period. I watched him handle at least 3 to 4 customers all at the same time and he was able to make each one of us feel like our assistance was equally urgent and important. He was calm, composed, and focused, which truly reflects his exceptional skills in customer service. I must say, Johnathan's dedication and commitment towards his work was truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a great impression on me and I am sure, on all the other customers he assisted that day.

It was great customer service. Fast and easy process. The only thing you have to know is that, they are closed at 5 pm on weekdays. They didn't tell me that and I was trying to return after 6 pm. I got confused. I called them with different numbers. Noone answer. It was very stressful. Because I had a flight and I had to return the vehicle. Finally, I went to the airport and dropped off at the airport with what they told me in advance.

Stayed at the La Quinta on West Century Blvd for a few days and needed a car. Checking the car rental places across the street we found that all had seriously Bad reviews. Decided to walk a little further to the Enterprise on Bellanca. (Much better rates than the airport rentals.) As it was just the 2 of us with no luggage, we decided on a midsize along the lines of a Nissan Rogue. Extra Star Moment! Because it was going to take c.15-20 minutes to get one ready, the manager offered to upgrade us to a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid at no extra charge. Car was comfortable, 95% clean, and very economical. They even saved us the 1 mile walk back and gave us a ride back to our hotel after we dropped the car off. Don't know when we will be staying in LA again but would definitely recommend and use this location again.

Excellent from start to finish. Made a last minute booking on the phone in the morning. When we arrived just 15 minutes later the specialty car we needed was there and the staff cared a lot about helping us. Return was flawless and quick. Great experience here, great people!

Took shuttle bus from airport, which came by fairly quickly. Had a reservation for the closer airport location, but was unable to use by debit card to rent w/o a return flight. Despite that, the location recommended the INGLEWOOD NORTH 8734 BELLANCA AVE location. They shuttled me over on a smaller shuttle bus with others who were being dropped off at hotels. The driver got me quickly to the location 30 minutes before closing. The workers here got to me quickly, gave good options and made the rental easy. Had a great, clean car fully loaded w/what I needed. They followed back up with me after to make sure all was well. My rental agent also took down that I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and gave my information to my closest local Enterprise Car Sales location. Upon followup, I eventually bought a new vehicle within the week! They even accommodated me returning the rental car to the Car Sales dealership, making my rental plus car purchase extremely convenient. Great experience!

Not a person who likes to comment or complain but I feel like I have to this time.The branch refused to give me a vehicle just because I have a different nationality vs my passport. Is it discrimination?Called hotline for assistance and they verified it is not an issue. As the branch closed I was shoved outside the door without assistance in the middle of nowhere. Worst car rental experience I ever had.

If you ever rent car from Enterprise and run into an accident without your responsibility, you will have to deal with this department (DRU) and come through all the hassles and pains of communication. All what they do is to send you damage letter and threaten to send to collection agency to impact your credit. They put it like all this is your fault, and don't care about what happens even though you are supposed not to take care the damage.I ran in to an accident in California May 2023 (The other driver who drove a RV scratched my driver side mirror when my car was parked by the street). It was apparent that it was their fault and the other driver fully admitted, so we took a photo of damage, exchanged insurance information and quicky resolved to agreement.To facilitate the claim process, I called the other driver's insurance company to open a claim providing all photo and documental evidence and called Enterprise DRU all what I have done with all material provided. However, they did not proactively reach out to the fault side. Until November, they sending me warning letter that I have to cover their damage, I called them again, repeated the whole process and highlighted that I was the victim, told them I tried my best by keeping all evidence and facilitate the whole communication process. The specialist did not have any acknowledgement on all of what I did, but just repeating saying I need either have the other driver's insurance company to pay, otherwise I have to pay this damage. Sounds like it's all my responsibility and they do not want to spend any time on this. All they do is to pushing pressure to me that they would send this to collection agency. My family and I were super frustrated with this process and their attitude of treating customers.
