The woman who I helped me at first to get the Kona, I forgot her name begins with a G? She was amazing and kind. She answered all my questions and helped me out with my car. Then returning it back Mynor was beyond helpful and was the sweetest. Thank you for the most amazing experience for my first car rental. Go here for the best service. Thank you again!

The new "early check in" option is spectacular. Literally just walk up to the lot attendant and get your car. In the past, I have spent over an hour just waiting in line to get to the counter to check in. No more of that, thank god.

I recently rented from Enterprise Exotics at LAX. Customer service at arrival was great. I rented a Masarati SUV and the check engine light came on the second day I had it. I called to let them know and continued to drive it for the remainder of my 5 day stay because they would only exchange the car for me at the airport (which I was 2 hours away from) despite having locations closer to me.The following day (after returning rental), I received an email from a Hector Montes who is a station manager with a couple people cc’ed to apologize and ask if anything could be done. I asked for a partial credit for the rental or for a future rental. Radio silence thereafter, even after I replied to all twice for an update. You would think someone from that email would try to resolve this issue. It’s been over a month and I’m not holding my breath. Horrible customer service from SLT level is a huge reflection on the company as a whole.

Rented a car from exotics a month ago. Staff on the floor were courteous and efficient. But, after the 2nd day into my very expensive rental, the check engine light came on. Long story short, I called to let them know and they wanted me to drive back to the airport (which I was 2hours from) to exchange the car despite having locations closer to me. The day after I returned the car, I received an email from a station manager, Hector Montes. The email had various ppl cc'ed from enterprise and asked what could be done for this issue I had encountered w the rental. I requested for a partial credit for the rental. Radio silence after the initial email. I have replied to ALL asking for an update and still no response after a month from ANYONE! Horrible customer service, or lack of it from SLT is a huge reflection of the company as a whole. Not holding my breath for a response.

Sammy Sammy Sammy that's the name of the guy to just start your trip off with a annoying attitude who try's to charge you 40 bucks! When your 30 mins early! and try's to shorten the amount I have the car for higher price. And don't even let you know to after he chargers your card. When the nice lady is giving out people who arrive early keys to the car! With no hassle and smile. Then Sammy makes me sit and wait for my car cause I'm 30 mins early. Horrible customer service from Sammy only. Everyone else super nice, just not him!

The selection is good, and you can sometimes get good prices. But boy, the quality of the vehicles themselves is rough. The first car I got in reeked of cigarettes. The second one I got in had a broken headrest. The third one I got in was obviously not well cleaned -- despite the claim of COVID decontamination -- but what was I going to do? Get in a fourth car?Pro Tip: You can park your own car on the street nearby, any day but Thursday, when there's street cleaning I think 12-2.

My husband and I wanted to rent a Tesla for our honeymoon when we got to LA. We appreciate the service especially during this time of COVID-19. The person who was helping us was extremely patient with us when having to look up our insurance policy number to add on to the account. And their other colleagues who were helping us when doing the assessment of the vehicle was nice as well.

We had a great experience with Enterprise exotic car collection. The selection of cars was impressive and the costs were better than most of the competitors. The check in took a little bit to wait for the car, but the Porsche Macan was an outstanding car. The check out gate and the check-in process was really easy. Overall a great value for renting amazing cars.

I managed to get a Tesla S for a week for only 40.00 more than the cheapest rental at the LAX Enterprise. Considering how little I paid to have the car for a week, you would never know it from the way I was treated at the rental desk. They were helpful and friendly and treated me like I rented Exotics all the time! The car was immaculate and they went through the charging of it and the information screen with patience and professionalism.Thanks Enterprise for a great experience!

Outstanding service from the management team with some issues I experienced with my rental. The car was relatively clean but didn't look like it was waxed at all. Went out of my way to buy the materials to put a couple coats of wax on the car. Brought this up to Brittany and her assistant. They promptly compensated me making every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied and taken care of. Thank you again, will definitely be returning next year.

so far all Car rental are same but this place has enough collection to choose your dream car. why i giving 2 stars because i dropped the car and wet to the shuttle bus stop then i realize i forgot my 25$ Nonda Zus lighting cable in the USB port and forgot my 12$ Sun block in glove Box and right away i went to the counter, they ask for the receipt and came back 15 mins later and telling me nothing inside the car except come trash. Unfortunate. so make sure taking everything with you when u return u car in that facility.

We had a great experience with enterprise exotics at LAX. They were able to find us exactly the right fit after our luggage didn't wanna fit in our sports car we selected! Loved the car and the service picking up and dropping off - thank you! We will be back!
