The guy was rude they didn't have no Type no envelopes they offer no service whatsoever just to scan your items. And that's it with a rude gentleman behind the best. Who went outside to take care of a sanitation problem. While me and 3 other customers wait?

I waited for a long time to get on the only working computer. I wish they had a time limit. However, the employees were helpful and assisted the custumers.

FedEx changed your shipping method without notifying you because they're backlogged. You only find out through tracking. No one wants to help get the package to you by the shopping method of voice that you've already paid for. FedEx is the worst.

They need to tell you on their website that they have no FEDEX supplies, so you don't have to buy envelopes from them that are overpriced when you go there to ship
