Dontae was of excellent service and knew the merchandise. He helped me with selecting the proper shoe to meet my needs and was very polite. I told him I would be back for future purchases only to find out he would be moving on to bigger and greater adventures. Khodos to him and thanks!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter on 4/22/22. To my surprise the shoe laces were wax covered and almost impossible to stay tied. On May 23rd my daughter showed me that part of the show sole was flapping around because it was no longer glued. I was shocked and decided to go back to the Footlocker location and ask for an exchange or refund as it was less than a month from the date of purchase.The foot locker manager made it almost impossible. First she said no refund if no receipt. I took the card I paid with, the box the shoes came in, and showed her the transaction on my apple wallet. None were sufficient for her. Then she said I had to have an email because they always ask for emails in case people lose their receipts. I have all my emails linked to my phone, so I searched them all. No foot locker email was located. Then she was able to finally search with my phone number. She then said she could not find my transaction and due to the wear on the shoes she was unable to make any return. She just said it was wear and tear.In the month that my daughter had her adidas shoes she struggled to keep the laces tied due to the wax on the shoe laces. Then on the 23rd of May she showed me that part of the sole of the shoe was flapping. I was in disbelief. With inflation, it was a sacrifice to make this purchase. I also purchased two pairs of crock shoes.This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Footlocker. I am requesting some assistance that I did not receive in store. I cannot just throw away money! Someone, anyone, please help me.

I was shopping at store 2 days ago and customer service was unpleasant. So many employees on floor and everybody at the door like if they were secuirtys. Asked for manager at register and was directed to "Jasmine". I tried to get her attention but gave me a ugly look. Ots a local footlocker i usually shop at but after this past Tuesday def wont be returning. Store is very unorganized, so much for having a good location next to stadium.
