“I do enjoy this store and I can find some decently priced items, but this store unfortunately isn't one where I can buy all of my groceries from. Great for meat, some frozen foods, milk and eggs. I wish their canned vegetables and fruit aisle was bigger, but if you want to stock up for emergencies, then buying some here would help you. Also come with a quarter, because you need to put one in for the grocery cart. I can understand their reasoning behind it, but I have forgotten when I've come here before. The staff isn't always the most friendly, some even look at you like you are in the way, but that's not my issue, so that's what they need to deal with when it comes to customers. Also whenever I come here, there is usually only one cashier open, it makes me feel like they are trying to push their customers to use the self checkout (which I hate with the fire of a thousand suns), so I patiently wait for the cashier to be done with the other customers. The upside i like to this store, is that I can bag my own groceries, because they have a section you can push your cart to and bag your food to your specifications. Where sometimes at a different grocery store, a bagger won't do the job well and I have smooshed bread or sushi that is messed up. So this is great for me (for you lazy people this would be a downside ).”
“Purchased a few groceries here. There is validated parking for 90 minutes free if you purchase at least $5 in merchandise. There is a lot of produce, the typical array of seafood and meat products as well as snacks, noodles and more. Make no mistake, this is a Korean supermarket despite the name and some Japanese translations. This store is Korean with most packaged products from Korean brands and the seafood and meat departments catering to dominant Korean consumer tastes. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.”

I was very upset because it was mushy and soft but I put it in the refrigerator and came back and tried it and it was perfect so folks I would like to say I learned something new I did not know that I guess when it's really hot outside and you cut into a watermelon. “Visited the farmer's market @ city hall today during lunch break for Jury Duty. There are several food vendors offering a variety of cuisines including hamburgers, tacos, tamales, dim sum, Thai food, vegan options and aguas frescas. They have a few crafter booths, a coffee booth, bakery, nuts & preserves, honey and two fresh produce vendors from central California.
The Farmer's Market is only on Thursdays, though. They set out tables and chairs to enjoy your food/snacks. Thankfully most of the tables were in the shade on this HOT day.
If you are in the downtown area or in one of the court houses on Thursday, it's worth the visit.”
