Glen is very down to earth and very accommodating. We had to unexpectedly extend our dog's stay by 3 more days. He even gave me a discount for that unforseen event. Although, our dog was extra dirty when we got him, nevertheless, he seemed unharmed.

This kennel helped me in a pinch with a challenging situation at LAX requiring last minute dog boarding. Both Glen and the kennel manager were very accommodating and take excellent care of my dog. Highly recommend.
