Four employees at this tiny store and they all lack basic customer service skills. I was the one and only customer, and I was never acknowledged. They never said hello or asked if I needed assistance.

I'm a local at this GNC spot in Inglewood and Alondra is the best employee there and the rest too! Very kind and respectful; they always helped me with products and free samples when you're a membership. Constantly discounts too depending on each days and items.

I thought I got the store hours wrong, but I looked at google maps and Apple Maps and even the chart says they open at 10 and it’s still locked with no one around.

The customer service here is appalling. I’ve filed two complaints via the company website to no avail. This is my third and final attempt at patronizing this establishment. I have never experienced such poor level of customer service at any other GNC. I will be buying my supplements elsewhere.
