The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did they help me find a great deal on the set, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in loading it into my car. They had some cute furniture pieces. This team led by Mr Dennis Espinoza and his team members Alex, Natalie and Vanessa reached out to understand our project, provide different alternatives available and then helped us decide our choices. “I could say many positive things about my experiences shopping at Snyder Diamond but they stand by their work like few businesses ever did. Two years after installing a dishwasher it was discovered that it was badly installed and not able to be accessed for service. A week later they had another installer come, remove the unit so it could be serviced and then come back and completely rebuild the cabinetry to accommodate the dishwasher properly and reinstall it. This was TWO YEARS after purchasing. Also helpful knowledge and reasonable prices on the best products. I will never buy an appliance anywhere else.”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.

“Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.”
“So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”
“I want to share an experience that I had with the Marina del Rey Home Depot. I went in for one thing, came out with 20, just like at a grocery store. I bought eight new outdoor chairs for my deck. I had a friend pick him up. There were only seven, and most of them had paint all over it. It was definitely paint because I tried washing one of the chairs. I emailed HD cares, and only got automated response. The automated response says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. That never happened.
The reason I'm writing this five-star review, is only because of Tanya, the customer service manager that helped me at store level when I came back to the store to get the wrong righted. She was a pleasure to work with. She was courteous, efficient, and smart. I like smart people because they think outside the box and find solution to the problem. Two days later, I had eight clean chairs that were delivered to my house. They picked up the seven that were damaged with paint and took him back to the store.
Whatever Home Depot is paying Tanya, it's not enough. They should give her a raise, or even better, promote her to teach and train other customer service individuals at the Home Depots nationwide. I know good service when I see it because I've been teaching and training sales and customer service for over 40 years.

“This is an incredibly run location. It’s always very busy yet you never get stuck in line for long.
Also every time I’ve been (5 times) someone has helped me quickly find what I needed or cut wood. I haven’t been to other locations in a while but it used to be a running joke how bad service at Home Depot was. Not the case at this location at least.
Also have good prices and excellent selection of in stock items.”
“I go to this Home Depot often for purchasing supplies for work. I like that they always have plenty in stock and even more items than other Home Depot stores I’ve been to. There is plenty of staff which is nice but I removed 1 star for customer care. Like I said I come here often and because I am making many different types of transactions for different jobs I have to use different credit cards, job names, etc. So I always use the self checkout. I know theft can be an issue so I understand they want to “help me” with my checkout but it is so much easier for me to do it. I even tell them they can stand next to me and watch if they are concerned about me not scanning something. But it just seems like the employees get upset when I don’t ask for assistance. It happens more than not. If it was a 1 time thing I wouldn’t remove a star but it’s just about every time I go there.”
“I've found Lowe's to be the superior Home Improvement store, but this particular location makes the rest look terrible. The staff, no matter the department, are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Selection is really good for what feels like a smaller location. From management to the department staff, everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to jump in and help out.”
