It's a black owned business that says everything right there if I could give zero stars I would lot of rough people around bums and the machines work horrible avoid this place at all costs

Showed up at 2am to wash. It wasn't even open, I rang the door bell multiple times and no answer. Called the number...nothing. ended up going to Coast Laundy on El Segundo instead

I have visited this location twice and I was so excited to see it was a black owned location that I could support. Unfortunately this location's washers are overpriced, and there is not even free dry. Furthermore, although the payrange app option is available, there are machines that are not in use but show up as unavailable on the app. This was an inconvenience for me once I had already loaded my clothes in the washer. In addition, the sink provided for customers does not have water coming out , there are drips that you have to use to try to get the water you need to wash your hands. I would suggest that be fixed.

Very clean laundromat with tons of machines that work. The pay by app is a great feature as well as being open 24 hours per day. If you are in the area and need to do laundry this is your place.

I came here to do my laundry. The place is clean, my clothing are clean and she has a guy doing the fluff and fold.
I'd come back again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars I would. I initially started coming to this laundry mat to support black owned businesses. Each time there was a different issue which just like many other business things happen so I can understand. The multiple washing machines do not properly saturate compared to machines adjacent with more clothing. I just choose to use a different one. Although it was disappointing. The community of people are of different races so at times there are language barriers which I understand. Today I came to do laundry and went to retrieve coins leaving my cleaning products behind. it seemed as though I’d misplaced my cleaning products but more like someone had taken/moved them from where I’d placed them. At this time it is 9:30a.m and just about 4 people inside. I tried asking the customers around if they’d saw it but of course they don’t speak English. I rung the bell and banged on the METAL door to get assistance in reviewing the cameras. I didn’t mind purchasing the items again, however I wanted to know if I’d mistakenly left the items in the car (which I’d already checked at this point) this was going to be a reoccurring so I could avoid it in the future by going somewhere else at this point. To not be able to get coins without having your belonging stolen is WILD and if this is the area where these types of activities are normal then WE SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The attendants are typically Hispanic and are quick to dismiss you and your concerns.
The attendant claimed she reviewed the cameras and I didn’t come in with anything BUT MY DAUGHTER.
MIND YOU MY CLOTHES ARE IN THE WASHING MACHINE.
How did that happen?
I never went back out the door prior to retrieving the coins and going back to start the washer of course.
So did she review them or is she lying?
Am I to even continue conversing with some who clearly stated I came in with just my daughter and yet currently washing clothes it makes no sense.
While explaining to her how she is not making sense she wants to know what bag I came in with the products in…….
Why is that important when you just said you only witness me and a little girl walk in. Why would you even entertain my situation at that point if you confirmed we NEVER ENTERED WITH ANY CLOTHING OR PRODUCTS.
of course at this point she doesn’t wanna address her lies and would rather make me out to be an angry person which I have the right to be upset and how she’s handling the situation by lying which isn’t going to get us anywhere.
She immediately went into I can’t help. I can’t see the cameras yada yada , just to go review the cameras to state I never came in with anything
Phucking ridiculous/ hilarious.
Don’t know whether to laugh at the blatant hypocrisy or look dumb.
This won’t be the first time something like this happens just the beginning of a long downturn.
SHE FOUND THE BAG SOMEWHERE!!! And brought it to me. SMDH
But we never came in with anything so whose bag did she find?
And the mystery goes on.
P.S While retrieving my finished clothing. I witness the attendant buying stolen goods from thieves. I took pictures I’ll be reporting this as well.

The prices would be okay buuuttt... I don't really see why hot water would be 1.50 more. My biggest concern is the washers not actually working properly. I've been here a few times because I like washing at night but the clothes gain a faint smell of ammonia or metal or something.They also don't really wash well and it's noticeable on dark clothing. And this is for every horizontal loading washer I've noticed. And the dryer don't really dry.... Not really worth it I just come here cuz it's the only one that I can go to after the one I go to closes for the night.

First off I would like to support my own people which I did today however I was quite disappointed in the prices there was no one to explain that the prices could go as high as a $1.50 or even more if you use hot water and a different setting on the washers and then the dryers only allow you 7 minutes for $0.25 I literally spent $40 I will never come back there again the only reason I came my son encouraged me because he comes there in late hours one thing I did notice there is not one black person in the employee and I question my son today when he's there late at night is there any black employees and he said no that's disturbing Miss Terry I question whether or not you really owned that laundromat or that you've possibly sold it I wasn't the only one that was there for the first time it was three other black women and we were all disappointed in the pricing

This place has always been very friendly very helpful a gentleman and night shift is very helpful play friendly find myself go the weekly to wash my clothes can I do enjoy it

Too many crack heads the only good thing theyre just chilling outside not inside but still kinda scary be ready to give your coins cuz theyre going to ask…the machines dont wash hahah this was a waste of money n time.this was soap left behind others so i didnt put too much soap on my pets blankets thinking it was enough negative i cant smell my own soap or the publics hahah all bad

Washer was not working, I put a good amount of soap and as you can see from the video absolutely no soap and barely any water got a refund but I used the last bit of my soap. I don't like for my time to be wasted. All I wanted to do was come in real fast and wash so I can go to work. And they charge extremely extra for warm and hot water. The guy tried telling me it was because I used hot water smh i guess he must think I'm dumb
