About the best price for ammo on a daily basis. I've bought their reman and new ammo, which worked seamlessly with my Glocks and Sig Sauer. They just eat them up. No hang fires or duds and probably a few thousands of rounds so far. Staff was helpful, and tried out the range for the first time today. Took a friend and we had a literal blast!!! Smiles were had by all!! Helped to take the frustration out of the drive back to the Antelope Valley. ;)

Poor service and rude customer service. On top of that prices are completely different from those online. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Stick to buying online guys not worth the drive.

I took one for the team and went to this place. Don’t come here unless you want the most expensive ammo prices with the most rude owner.

I found the people super nice there and the prices were fair. No pick-a-number and wait to be called like a butcher shop. No huge empty spaces on shelves from missing stock. Just go ahead and wander around looking at the ammo and gear without any pressure and grab what you need. Yeah ammo is expensive, but it's like that everywhere. There's not a lot of choices for ammo in post pandemic Los Angeles, so you go where you can. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience there was better than most places I've been these days.

First time buyer from them - very disappointed in the level of packaging security.Other companies use thick security tape and often more than one strip that is challenging to open. LAX sent my 1000rd case with one very thin piece of packaging tape that I opened by sliding my hand under the edge of the box. They also aren’t discrete with their shipping name so this could have easily been stolen or broken into. I guess it makes the shipping insurance worth it.Hey but at least they have cool ammo cans that came instead of boxes.

Absolutely destitute ammo, worst I’ve ever seen and it’s not even close.

Drove an hour to get there to find out they were going to be closed for the next two days. No online notice or voicemail notice. waste of time.

The prices on the website do not reflect the store prices. Same prices, if not, more expensive than other stores.

yep still a disparity with the web site vs the the brick and mortar prices. 500 rounds of the 45 ACP was $100 more than web site listing. 9mm was $40 more for 500 rounds. nearest Bass Pro Shop is 1hr 4 min away on a good day in Rancho Cucamonga. your mileage may vary

Went in to try and purchase ammo without having a registered firearm and the security guard told me I couldn't make a purchase without having a firearm registered. Rather than argue I left. That is not true, you may buy ammo without having a registered firearm as long as they do a background check on you which will take 4-5 business days to complete. This was my first and last time coming here. If you're going to have a security checking ppl in make sure he knows the laws before having him turn ppl away.

Costumer service here sucks , had to talk to 3 different employees just to get service. Place was practically empty also. Prioritized people on the phone asking for advice than customers in front of them. Rather spend alittle more money and go to turnners.

I have found it difficult to get straight answers while shopping here. I tried calling so many times and getting a human on the phone was near impossible. But upon finally getting through I inquired about prices as their website is no where near the price they actually sell ammo for. I understand its the parent company which is out of Idaho or something like that, but I find it incredibly (purposfully even?) misleading that they advertise a price online which is vastly different from the price at the location. What was even more curious was I show up, ask the price for Freedom 45ACP, they quote me a price (which was almost $10 more than website prices) and then had a friend come in the same day and NOT ask the price and they sold the same ammo to him for $4 cheaper. WTF is that about?? Something feels very "insider bro" culture here that I couldn't put my finger on so I have since just watched for sales at BASS Pro Shops and end up saving money in the long run. I'm just scratching my head here as to why they simply don't have their own franchise website with actual prices rather than prices to some random warehouse in another state which won't even ship to California. Its like this is all set up to purposefully be difficult and elusive.
