“A spectacular venue! The host, Mr. Cordoba, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the night--and I had not expected him to be as involved since technically I was the one buying/responsible for the space--so it came as a very pleasant and helpful surprise. There were many tables available as well as chairs, and the space is set up perfectly for a small, medium, or even large-sized event. I also ended up renting a tent, and it offered a great covering for the outdoor space at the back of the venue where we kept food and played games. The speaker system was great too. I ran out of music halfway through the night, so the host also provided some of his own, which was nice. There was a designated bar space which everyone loved as well. Parking is readily available and easily accessible. And all of this comes at an EXTREMELY affordable price. I would happily recommend the space to anyone interested, and I would also love to host another event here at some point!”

“The Gap Factory did not disappoint me. Thought I'd stroll in for a look around. The Gap Factory was bright and well organized by color coordination. Making it easy to shop. Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers ?. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.”

“Customer service is fine. The only thing I will say is whenever and I mean every single time I try to come here they open at "11" but never do. It's always 5/10 mins after. Can we get an accurate time ? I'd rather come when y'all are ready instead of wait for y'all. I've been sitting outside for 20 mins in the rain , it's 11:00 ... still being ignored by workers while they're at the front laughing and talking. Gotta do better for the community please thanks”

“Employees & security guard were friendly, helpful & quick to help while giving you space! I’m from Hawaii & I always wanted to go here so was excited to get video & photos w/ the little photo ops they have in shop. They have a big selection of items from past collabs & from their line. If your size isn’t available they also have an online shop where you can find more sizes. Parking is easy & there are dedicated stalls for their shop. Everything felt easy!”
