At the last minute, I was looking for an outfit to wear to a wedding. I called inquiring about their shipping time and how soon could I receive the merchandise. The owner was very helpful in assisting me with my color selection and comfort. I spoke with her around 10:30am that morning and I was able to pickup my merchandise that same evening at 6:00pm. I appreciate her great customer service and professionalism.

Wish I could give a lower review, but I'll be content with the 1 star because I like the clothes. The customer service at this black owned business sucks! I finally received my items after almost 7 weeks waiting on them. That is ridiculous!! NO communication at all from the owner. I will never shop this business again.

I placed an order for two items on the 2nd of August 2023. Today is 1 month and 1 day. I ordered these items to be shipped to the United Kingdom for my holiday in two weeks' time. I sent a couple of emails to the owner and still no update. When I look on the Route app it shows only 1 item instead of 2. If the owner is reading this if I dont get a response to my message I will be forced to get in touch with my bank and get them to recall the payment. Very disappointed.

I placed my order on July 18, 2023 and I didn’t receive it until August 5, 2023. The order I received definitely wasn't the description stated on your website that I should have received. ( The boxes contain our most sought after designs, OUR PHILTHY RAGZ MAXI SKIRTS, ONE MYSTERY PRINT AND ONE SOLID!!!. either way, you win!!). I have order from this company multiple times and this is one of the worst order and customer service I have ever received. I did not win with this order. The owner called me on August 8th stating she will send me the correct maxi skirts out on August 11th and I should receive it by Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th the following week before I go on vacation Monday August 21st. Obviously she doesn't keep her word. The owner states she pride herself on customer service and workmanship. That didn't happen with me. Gaynell asked me to mail back the skirts to her. I stated I will. Which I took to the post office on Thursday 10th. I wanted to rectify this by getting the correct skirts and move forward. But Since I haven't heard from Gaynell or received the correct merchandise since August 8th. I want to be refund!

Placed an order over 2 months ago still have yet to receive. Attempts at getting resolved are filled with meaningless emails and fake promises. She does not respond on social medis in 48hrs. Received email stating it's "in the mail today" or that she is "personally" mailing 2-day delivery and yet still not received. When I reached out yet again in a professional manner to advise STILL NOT received...Her response was an email stating she's not interested in going back-and-forth. WTH...Well, that's keeping an open line of communication as how else am I to track the package with no tracking information as you stated... "STANDING ON YOUR WORD" ... I just inquired perhaps something happened. Then received a phone call stating she is interested in customer satisfaction...BE A WOMAN OF YOUR WORD AND STAND BEHIND YOUR COMPANY POLICY AND PROVIDE PRODUCTS FOR SERVICES...THIS IS THE WORSE BLACK OWNED BUSINESSS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. To small claims court we go with the emails and voice-mail evidence ...BBB will also get A report...Shame on Philthy business...

I'm a very long time Philthy Ragz customer. Since Gaynelle opened back in 2005 I've patronized her Black owned business. Customers have to realize that we are human first and are entitled to make mistakes and aren't perfect. I too am a seller for 24 years as a side hustle on multiple platforms so I can sincerely relate to what a Black owned business owner goes thru. We just have to be patient and take under consideration that when your alone doing everything on certain occasions that makes it even harder to get all orders done in a timely manner. I just received 3 outfits today that i ordered a while back but it was well worth the wait. We as sellers do encounter oversights during production and are doing the best we can so please take this under consideration before placing any orders in the future. My loyalty will always lie with Philthy Ragz and I will continue to keep it classy yet "PHILTHY"Angel ?

Have ordered from them before and things went well. This time, I preordered an outfit that was supposed to be shipped May 28th. I've sent an email, no response. Called, no answer. Can't leave a voicemail because it's not set up.I realize that this was over a holiday weekend, but the shipping date was listed on their website, so the date should have been honored.If they couldn't honor the ship date, an update should have been sent. They have really cute items, but I'm a little nervous about shopping with them anymore. At least for items that I need by a specific time and they're running late with no updates.

I purchased the Faith set in light blue and when I received it, it arrived damaged. The zipper in the pants was broken. One would ask who would put a zipper in fleece jogging pants. I tried contacting the business on multiple occasions and received no feedback as what should I do. I finally received an email saying that I would receive a return label so that I could send the item back, that was in March it is now May. I contemplated for some time as if I wanted to write a bad review for a Black Business then I thought I paid this business my hard earned money and the price wasn’t cheap and not to be satisfied then something must be wrong with me. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Philthyragz. What a shame to treat someone who tried to patronize and support your business from afar. I have to give one star to leave my review when in actuality I would like to give it no stars

Philthy ragz designs are phenomenal but fabric/materials not good quality for what you pay. Recently purchased 2 tshirt dresses sizes 2X threads hanging everywhere, bottom of the dress seam not stitched. Bottom of the dresses so tight I couldn't get over my shoulder. These 2x sizes are not true too size.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOP!!!! I’mso frustrated with the lack of customer service. I placed an online order on 1/13/23 and received a tracking number for the order. I’ve been checking the status repeatedly over the past few months. It states the order is still at the shipping location. The owner sent a mass email on 2/7/23 stating they were behind & would be catching up on orders. I sent an email inquiry- no response. It’s almost April. No delivery, No follow-up. No answer at the store location. No refund. I wish I had read the other reviews before placing an order.

SMH… I just placed an on line order on February 4, 2023, and I’m still waiting for shipping confirmation… I emailed and sent a DM on Instagram and still waiting on a response. This is definitely unacceptable PERIOD!!! I’m about to definitely have this investigated. And if any one from Philthy Ragz see this post you have my email and DM. to reach me!

I ordered online and shipping takes forever. I ordered my last item more than 2 weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive. Better yet, it hasn’t been shipped to USPS. The delivery dates are not accurate, which is annoying for the people that order certain to travel in a certain time. I get that things happen and can be delayed, but a simple email with an update with your order would be nice

I’ve had good shopping experiences with this company until recently. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of true customer service. I pre-ordered online for an item and after waiting an additional, extended time (close to 4 weeks), I was sent the wrong item. I reached out several times via email and didn’t receive a response. I called the store and was told to either ship back the wrong item (I’d have to pay shipping) or drive to the store and return. Not once was I offered my return shipping cost NOR a refund for the shipping I originally paid. Everything fell on me to make it right. I didn’t even receive an apology for their error and inconvenience. This experience has unfortunately made me a former customer.
