Location is horrible, I have waited 3hrs. for them to close and say they are not seeing any one else. They only have two workers at this busy location and they are extremely slow.

They are very understaffed the day I went there were only two phlebotomist. I signed in a machine as a walk in my name dropped off and other people were going ahead of me and I tried to explain that and the phlebotomist said I don't know what happened next person. The only nice person there was the security guard he had to tell the phlebotomist I've been here 2 hours she still didn't care and she had a very nasty attitude her name might have been Maria with the reddish burgundy hair just stink attitude. I work as a nurse and I know that's not how you supposed to treat people I finally arrived back there for my blood to be drawn and she was just nasty attitude all the way thru, they need and more than just two phlebotomists apparently she must have been overworked?? if she can't handle her job then maybe she should quit there are other people out there that need a job

It was terrible I made my appointment from 2 week's in advance and came in to the office early for my appointment and I still have to wait until they go to lunch and return from lunch I been in the office waiting since 945am today crazy...it takes

On Tuesday April 23,2024 I had a appointment at 2:40pm when I was called to be1 seen the nurse did not have my doctor referral in the system so she me call my doctor office for a referral to be sent, so I called and they sent the documents to the Quest Diagnostic center in Inglewood California so I returned 5mins back to desk and was told they it wasn't sent and asked to leave the Quest Diagnostic center because they was at 4:pm but it was only 3:15pm.So I waited until closing and was not seen because the Security guard on duty was very rude when I told him that my doctor had sent the referral 20 minutes ago and would he please let the nurse know that am ready. He told that there system was old and slow and takes a long time to receive a document from my doctor office and was asked to leave the Quest Diagnostic center.

Phebotomy techs should NOT have to put in data patients have wait HOIRD
Phlebotomy techs should Not have to enter Data. With appointments waiting time can be more than 1/2 hour. What happened to the CLERICAL STAFF???

I was taken in for my scheduled appointment on time and completed the test in minutes. Clinicians were very accommodating and courteous.

I always arrive as a walk-in, and the wait is never long or overwhelming. Additionally, the staff, from the friendly security guard to the kind, professional and efficient phlebotomists, all serve to make the experience at the location as special one. I am quite pleased overall with the service, and despite my disdain for giving blood, I always have a pleasant visit. Thank You.

I came to drop off something and I had to be a walk in which didn't make sense to me. I had to wait for over 15 minutes then I had to pay 5 dollars for the parking. Then when I get to the back the lady said that it was a part on there when I checked in saying something about if you were just dropping off and I told her that wasn't true cause I would have chosen that option.
