??You can't try on clothes anymore. They say its due to covid. However, you can take it home for maybe like 6 days, and if you do not like it, you can return it as long as you have the receipt. Make that make sense. The store is over crowded, you knock things down while trying to get through. And I wonder why it is that 80% of the tops/blouses have to have writing on them. The sandals are looking more and more busted. I really used to like rainbow as it is inexpensive, but nawh. The person at the door greets you, but everyone else seems so stuffy.

Very inexpensive and has a lot of the same stuff at other quick fashion spots but they do occasionally have some gems. I got a beautiful set made in Egypt with beautiful material.

This is a excellent place. They have a great staff! The star rating has to do with the quality of the products they sell. The clothing and shoe quality has gone from bad to worse and I think you’d be better off shopping on Temu!

I do not like coming to this location because you get watched closely. I guess they think you're going to steal something. Its a very uncomfortable and demeaning feeling to know your being watched because they think you are going to steal, especially if not your intention.Also I came during the fall and so there was not much I can find at this location to wear to a hip pop concert. There never really is anything I can find here but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it's because it's fall season .

rainbow shop had nice deals with the buy two or more shoes and get them for 10 bucks. Not all the shoes, just the ones hanging on the wall. Overall, i was happy?

Customer service sucks!!!! I called on the phone and it was the same energy. I went anyway to the store and it got worst. On top of it are their fitting rooms were closed. I needed to get two dresses but I needed to make sure they fit because I live far and there's not many around so I slid the dress on over my clothes and two associates came at me about trying on clothes. I simply said it was nothing wrong with that Bing is how I wasn't being inappropriate by taking any garments off nor did it make a difference because either way when I go home I'm going to try it on and bring it back. It was not what they said it was the way that they said it and the customer service was horrible.

I came to this location and once I got in I felt like they was just watching me as if I was going to steal something i should have just went with my first mind and left because why would I spend my money here if you feel like I’m going to steal from you but I proceeded and still shopped but the same lady that was watching me checked me out, I walked away for a moment to go change a size I come back continue to check out as I’m walking out the alarm goes off I know I didn’t take and thing I stop and hand over my bag to the lady at the door and she start going threw the clothes and pulls out a pair of shorts with two censors in the pocket!! I know for sure when I picked up those shorts and held them next to me there was nothing in the pockets and I told the lady at the door when she seen it and had a shocked look on her face that the cashier put them in the pockets I feel very offended and profiled that a employee at this location would do something like that I just know I don’t think I will be shopping here again this was the worst experience ever
