Very odd invoice interaction with Logan at the front desk. Our flight was delayed 3 times coming in from the Midwest. I let South Park Doggie know before pick up time (9 pm) that we were unable to make the pickup time but still wanted to pick up our dog that evening. The night attendant, Logan, asked for $20 cash for pickup, which is of great concern because it wasn't tied to our invoice. I let Logan know to add the charge to our folio-- where it magically increased to $25. Completely unprofessional! I then called to get clarification on additional charges and was told it's "the system." I've never had a problem here and won't be returning

My puppy absolutely loves it here! She can't wait to get it off the car when she knows we're here Staff is great, the live webcams give me peace of mind, and I love that she's not sitting at home bored. Today she enjoyed water activities and is going to sleep well tonight. I'm so glad I found this place.

My dogs are very well cared for here. They are always exhausted when they come home so I know they get a lot of play time.

Boarded my dog there twice and the first time (March) was fine but she came home with a wound on one of her legs. I didn’t think much of it because I know things like this happens when a lot of dogs are together and she didn’t seem unhappy when I picked her up.The second time (this time, july) I boarded her, she came back with kennel cough symptoms and when I picked her up, there was an additional charge of $30 per night for a separate room which they did not obtain my consent and approval of first. They said this was due to my dog being “reactive” to other dogs and when I inquired further, one of the staff said my dog was the new dog there so when the other dogs wanted to sniff her out, she didn’t like that, so she would growl and nitpick the other dogs(?) I have boarded my dog at various boarding places throughout the years and sometimes with even longer durations than this time (15 days), but never had any of the places gave me feedback that my dog could not socialize appropriately with other dogs. I personally have not seen my dog be even slightly aggressive with other dogs and most of the time I would see her as being too timid. So I feel very confused and feel like this characterization is unbelievable to me.They told me that my dog was separated into that room and was not allowed to socialize with the other dogs. They said they notified me during the first stay through text, but I never got it. I showed the manager the complete text chain with the dates starting from the first stay and the message they said they sent was not there, so he gave me a small discount on the additional charges on the separate room. What I am most upset about is not just that I was charged an additional fee without my approval and consent first but more so that the situation of my dog being separated was not communicated to me in a reasonable manner. With something this serious, should I not at least be told in-person or on the phone/voicemail, or even through email????? If I knew that she was not able to play with other dogs and would be kept in an isolated room, I would not have ever boarded her there. Also, they charge a really confusing additional “late pick up” fee of your last day of stay there. So if you board your dog at say 7am on the first day, they say you need to pick your dog up at I think 10am or 11am on your last day, or you would need to pay an additional fee of the daycare (“late pickup fee”) for the rest of the last day. I have boarded my dog in various places before and have not experienced this kind of additional charge so this was quite unexpected as well.I remember reading reviews that talked about the confusing late pick up fee and another persons dog being separated into another room without being sufficiently communicated to but I didn’t think it would happen to me, but it did……and when I was in shock about my dog being separated in another room and confused about the extra unapproved charge, one of the staff there kept reiterating that regardless I “would need to pay to be able to pickup my dog” which made me very uncomfortable.I have a lot of experience boarding my dog in different facilities and have never been left feeling so uneasy, shocked, confused, and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place at all and hopefully this review can help someone evaluate this boarding option.

Our dog Gemma has been to a few different daycare and boarding facilities, but she has never loved one more than South Park Doggie! She would walk up excitedly every time she went and you could tell the staff cares for dogs deeply. I knew they always had her best interests at heart and took time to get to know her quirks, especially impressive at a popular place! I couldn’t recommend South Park Doggie LAX more highly :)

I have used LAX South Park Doggie Land for both boarding and daycare, for the past year. What makes me happiest is when I drive up he tries to jump out of the car before I even park. Once he’s inside the staff all know him by name and are equally happy to see him. I always get a report on how his day goes and I’m able to also check on him myself. Much thanks to the staff for taking great care of my fur baby.

As an overprotective dog owner, I was nervous leaving Max for the day. But the staff put me at ease right away. I got a report card for Max with pictures & video before picking him up. Then when I did arrive to get Max, they gave me a bag of treats because it was someone’s birthday. Plus Max loves it! He’s so excited when we arrive he never turns around to see if I’m still there! Huge thank you for being so great to me and my dog! Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Noble loves South Park Doggie. She runs to the door, wags her tail joyously, and really enjoys her swims and activities. I also appreciate the pictures and videos of Noble at play. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that Noble is well taken care by this wonderful staff.

Our puppy has been going to South Park for daycare and boarding since she was 4 months old, and she absolutely loves it! She’s made so many friends (dogs and humans) and learned how to swim here. Also shout out to Nephi who is there late at night and is phenomenal!

This is such a good daycare service. My puppy ha enjoyed going here! It's so cute when I arrive To drop her off and she barks to greet her friends. It feels like the staff knows her name and that makes it feel personal. I've done an overnight stay as well and the process was smooth. I enjoy receiving report cards during my pup's stay. Nephi and Jailene and the whole staff has been wonderful!
