Need to open up the cash registers. Just having 2 open and 15 other registers closed. And one line for self service check out is not working. And sometimes the self service line too long or one of the checkout stands are not working . Come on target.

My golly gosh this was horrendous i absolutely will never Come here again . First of all I went to go get my albums that's are for starters HELLA EXPENSIVE LIKE WHY DO YOU OVERPRICE IT ?? Second of all i have Come here for a good few years always shitty things but they let me price match my stuff so that's the only pro of this store UNTIL TODAY WHEN THEY DIDNT LET ME PRICE MATCH IT AND MADE THE EXCUSE " ummm this is a target exclusive - the store manager " the store manager was called because the cashier couldn't do his job and needed someone to Come idk what that was all about also waited in line for like 6 minutes the guy was shakey and super slow please target employee people who aren't nervous with public interaction. id also like to say that i have always price matched there and they have ALWAYS LET ME no matter if it was a target exclusive and that's why i've been loyal despite other things .. what's the point in target having the price matching policy if you're just gonna make the excuse to not let me price match .. also the starbucks in here was lameee the employees were chatting with their friends who came to visit them. Starbucks line was practically empty yet still made me wait sooo long . y'all gotta let us poor people price match please!

I went there last Tuesday and it was HORRIBLE!! There was HORRIBLE customer service. I think I might have saw a rat running in the FOOD aisle! This place really needs to be checked. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! There was a few pieces of trash squeezed into places which was weird. I would personally not go there again but y'all stay safe though.

I normally shop at my Target on LA Cienega and Obama, but I was in the area so I decided to shop at this one, big mistake. The store wasn't too cloud, I was shopping with my sister and young adult nephew. We used a shopping cart and decided to use the self service when a sales associate approached us and said we couldn't use the self service if we had more than 15 items. She then opened a line after we walked away, and never told us. There weren't any signs posted stating this. After getting in another line the sales clerk was so nasty he talked the entire time to his coworker, while ringing up my items. These people were so tacky and unfriendly. I won't shop here again. Terrible customer service associates. The guy that waited on me has pink hair. You were a terrible person.

Thanks for making picking up an order simple, easy, and painless. Richard, the customer service representative was spot on. He created a separate line for in store pickups and returns. I watched as he help pickup customers obtain their orders, lickity split! It was so magical, I couldn't believe it. The line quickly disappeared. My items were given to me and I happily went on my delightful way!

Drive up is good and team members are friendly and they work with a sense of urgency now in store pick up they take for ever they need to improve on this one

Our family loves shopping at Target, we never have had a bad experience. It was not until now that our family felt the need to leave this location in Inglewood. I entered the store and headed for the handicap battery powered cars/carts by the service desk. As I am 39 weeks pregnant lately I have been having to occupy these carts and by the different locations we have visited you can use any that it is available without having to check in with a representative however in this location it was different. The young lady, possibly hispanic, short height, her hair was dyed, as soon as I headed to grab a cart that was available she rudely told me that the one I was going to grab was not available that another customer was going to come back for it. So I headed to the one at the end in the far right side and she rudely continued to tell me that their was none available. She appeared irritable by my presence she was rolling her eyes and her tone was just to aggressive and dismissive. As I have restrictions by my doctor to walk I asked her where do I wait in line for one and she continued being impolite and told me that their was no line and I said so how can I get one and she just continued telling me their is none available. I told her that she was being very rude and that I was sorry that she was having a bad day but it isn't the customers fault and to not direct that anger towards customers. I decided to leave and as I was walking away she screamed "I am having a very great day thank you" very confrontational. This was all uncalled for I did not intend on having any dispute nor confrontation with anyone specially not for a handicap cart, I disregarded her additional comments but I am shocked. We were there to pick out a crib for our unborn baby, and to our misfortune the one we had in mind was not on the floor. We were sent to guest services. My health is very delicate and I did not want to continue having an uncomfortable experience so we left with out our baby's crib and I am days away from giving birth. This is truly upsetting, and unexpected. This all happened around 12:40pm 11/07/2022.

They canceled my pick up order for no reason. I called in to find out if they had put my items back on the shelf or if it was still available as I ordered it as a gift. First 3 attempts, no one picked up the phone. Then tried calling a bunch of different departments and after long wait finally someone picked up. They just said that the item is now out of stock and there is nothing they can do and hung up on me. This store needs better management and more motivated employees. I will never order from this store again.

Going to ANY Target with a shopping list is useless. The shelves are bare. I can never find what I am looking for. And to top it off, not one of the many associates ever greet. Please, stop opening up new locations and start filling the shelves inside the stores that already exist. Thanks.

I ordered some gifts from a baby shower registry from this Target location because all the items said they were in stock. The app said that the order was still processing over 2 hours later even though I received an email saying the order was ready. The app was definitely the most updated version. We headed to thr store anyway as waiting for the order was making us late to the ahower. We got a few streets away and I clicked that we were on the way. As we pulled in the parking lot, I clicked we were here in spot 5. We pulled face in. Waited a while and saw other people getting their order and not us. We then pulled back to turn and face forward thinking it was because they could not see our code or face. As soon as we did that, another guy cut us off and pulled in spot 5. So we then pulled in 4. We waited and nothing. Then I got a message on the app saying "sorry we are running late this is a busy time". Five minutes later I stopped a worker and she said someone canceled my order and I have to come inside to purchase what I want. When i told her what the app says, she said it lied. Not to mention, half the gifts i ordered were NOT in stock. Needless to say playing with target has us arriving to the shower 15 minutes after it ended with a big gift bag that is half empty... someone get these people.

Lazy employees just talking sitting down by the fitting rooms 4 this happened today asked one to help me out and he straight up told me sorry we don't get paid enough to care about your needs then my wife asked where are the diapers and the guy told her to go look around "they're on their breaks " but why would I be sitting around lazy fucken ppl

I love Target, any Targets! But they really need to fix what goes on in their parking lot. You have these guys in carts trying to get you to donate for the books they put in your hands. And some other guys trying to sell you their mixtape. It's like a swamp meet out there. Not that they shouldn't try and earn some money but it's annoying when you're literally trying to get out of target in peace. The staff inside the target was pretty friendly and everything was fairly organized.
