Went to this Home Depot looking for a specific tool asked 3 different workers for help was denied by all because "it isn't there department" then finally had a worker call for assistance on the overhead and waited 30 min and no one came to help decided to just leave

Years later and still the same, needed a couple of keys made.. they have a self service machine but I wanted different ones that were hanging on the wall. Anything not to do any work, one of the employees said those are not available, you buy those blank. I literally had those but lost them and wanted replacements... go to any other Home Depot but this one... they aren't there to help even with simple things like keys.... Zero stars

Sergio working at service desk was welcoming, very patient, and respectful. I lost my receipt and instead of telling me he couldn't process the return he was able to look up the transaction with my card. He also helped me find the correct item I was initially looking for definitely went above and beyond!!

The worse, and the delivery company that they work with to deliver. Your appliances are most definitely the worst very rude, never deal with them again.

A place where you can find all the things you go into the store for. Someone is always there to help you and answer questions in all of the Home Depot stores that I go to.

This store has become my go to store while I'm in the mist of a remodel. Being able to find so many different items in one store. Paint, bubble wrap, garden supplies, detergent and cleaning items all in one place. This stores shelves are fully stocked. If you are looking for an item that is not in the store. The associate will look up an item to see if another store has it or have it shipped to you home.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! We rented a tool and paid for 24 hours and a couple hours into the job the job stoped working. We thought it over heated. We tried it again. After trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with it we realized it was the park plug. We tried and tried to fix it and nothing. No one was able to fix it. So we brought it back to the Home Depot and they have the worst customer service ever. Enrique the "supervisor" more like a lead that should be demoted had the worst customer service. If you want to feel like you're talking to the walk talk to Enrique ha!!! Then we asked for the manager and long and behold "Noe" shows up. He apparently did know how to use the damn computer . So here we go we started from square one again! Ugh!!! We dealt with two incompetent people. Poor examples for their colleagues.Nothing was resolved I guess this is what you get for dealing with two untrained staff. Do better HOME DEPOT!!!!

I don't usually shop in this store but I went with my sister because she was looking for a particular item. So we ask RJ to help us. He was such a big help because he took the time to go through different items to see if my sister wanted any of them but she decided to wait and keep looking. I as RJ his name because I wanted to tell his manager how helpful he was and how grateful we were to have such a helper. This store need more RJ's...he gets a 10

Picked up a custom door today from Brian, the Customer Service Manager. He was very helpful and wouldn't accept my tip!!! So here's a tip: give Brian a raise!! :)

I have never gone there and not found what I wanted. Employees might be found an aisle or two over, but they are always knowledgeable. I especially like using the Home Depot app which tells you EXACTLY where each item can be found; I look up where to go while still at home then walk through the store in logical progression. I especially love their paint department! First of all, Behr paint is the best! To top it off, the salesmen are very knowledgeable, willingly answer questions and, if you take in even a small scrap of the color you want, they can duplicate it for you, and, if asked for their opinions, make valuable suggestions. Yep, good place to go!

Anyone who has ever been here knows. This place is horrible. Employees walk around ignoring customers. Acting as though they are working, but as soon as another employee walks by it's time for social hour. I was in this store for an hour on one aisle waiting for help. Even though someone was called over, no one came. When I finally decided to go to a manager (after the hour) he just looked at me and said, oh really?! He didn't ask me what department or what I needed. So I decided they didn't want my money, and I said just that. At that point the assistant manager tried to get my to make a purchase. I'm excuse me you never asked what I needed. So how are you going to try to sell me anything. It's totally ok. I'll go spend my money else where. And to think I just got this Home Depot card. Won't be using this at all. Century location ruined that. As long as you want to lose customers keep up the horrible job!

The paint desk associate Jp was rude and over worked. I asked a simple question and said ill be right with you and then mixed two customer paint instead of just answering, lucky a vendor was able to answer what was said to be an easy answer with batting an eye. The manager on duty Erurique was absent and inefficient. Do better Home Depot

worse customer service at this location , asked employees for help they said they were gonna call someones else to help me ... nobody show up then i when to another employee ask for help basically laugh and said let me call someone else to help you... nobody showed up !! then asks another employee to call manger or supervisor & mangers said he was on his way never showed up... this Home Depot need to get there sh** together !!
