So I ordered a faucet and decided to use Home Depot as the installer because I didn't want to take my chances with some random plumber. The installer came out and only installed half of the job and now won't finish it. So I'm out my installation fee that I paid to Home Depot and they tell me they can't refund it because I have to get a refund from the installer which is ridiculous because I paid Home Depot for the install. Do not get any work done by "Home Depot" they do not do their own work they sub it out to second rate subcontractors....

Angel at the service pro desk is an absolute mess. I've never had someone call me and be mad at me for absolutely no reason except for my mother. I hope he's okay and gets therapy. Customer service is awful.

The inadequacy at this Home Depot is ridiculous. Please go to another Home Depot or Lowe's.

I had a really good experience when I purchased an outdoor table that was on the floor and was missing screws. The manager Josh happened to be in the store shopping for himself and helped me a great deal. He got the guy from hardwear Cornelius to get me screws that I needed. The guys was really eager to help and very polite. I felt so well treated that I wanted to fill up home depot survey but there are wayyyy too many rabbit holes and it should have been straight forward. Fill this up ...done ...method one ...method 2 ...no credit card needed

Wow, brace yourselves for a masterclass in customer disservice courtesy of Home Depot. So, picture this: I snagged a stove and microwave combo. Three days later there's a sweet $400 price drop. I figure it's money in the bank. You know, because Home Depot flaunts this "Price Match Guarantee" jazz on their website, all 30 days of it. No fine print, no exceptions - or so I thought.I placed my order online, as per their oh-so-helpful instructions. But guess what? The local store manager - oh, let's give a round of applause to this genius Miguel, I believe, the store manager who decides to play the "it's at my discretion" card. Like, really? He's waving around an 8x10 cheat sheet like it's the Ten Commandments, with "At the stores discretion" slapped in bold for extra dramatic flair. Clearly, it's a top-secret classified document for their eyes only.Oh, but the highlight of the show was when I dared to question this manager-extraordinaire. He gave me the patented "You're such a Karen" look. Yep, that's right - I'm the unreasonable one for expecting them to honor their own guarantee. And to top it off, he saw me off with a victorious smirk, like he'd just won some twisted customer service battle. So there you have it, folks. Home Depot - where the Price Match Guarantee is about as real as a unicorn, and where managers get their kicks from putting customers in their place. My applause is reserved for your audacity, Home Depot. Well played, indeed.

The customer service at this location is awesome. Employees went above and beyond to assist in locating a nearby store for an item they were out of stock on. One young man that helped my husband and I identified himself as a warehouse worker but immediately went into action to assist us. Two female employees heard what we were looking for, they also dived right in and began searching their database to help. Kudos to their teamwork!

This is one smallest Home Depot in the area, but it has a little of everything here. It's seldom crowded. Looking here a hard to find item? More than likely you'll find it here. There are self checkouts. Plenty of free parking.

My recent trip to Home Depot in Inglewood was mostly positive. The store had a wide selection of products, and the staff was generally helpful. However, I did encounter a few instances of disorganized shelves and difficulty finding specific items. Additionally, the checkout lines were quite long, causing a bit of inconvenience. Overall, a good experience but could be improved.

I just moved into the neighborhood and bought a fixer upper so I'm at this Home Depot several times a week. The staff is is amazing and so helpful. I was struggling with my cart today and David (the store manager) and his other coworker was kind enough to offer to help me put this huge range microwave into my car. Such nice and helpful staff. They rock at this location!

My daughter and I went to this store to purchase some paint samples. We confirmed with the 1st clerk the price at $5/can, a woman, she was helpful, not necessarily real happy. The 2nd clerk - who mixed the paint, said $5.48/can. He said the computer was acting up and the machine ran out of semi-gloss and we were asked if satin or another medium could be used. We approved. We got 24 cans- 2 of each color. We waited patiently and shopped around while the paint was being mixed. Other customers were still being serviced. The clerk was a bit anxious, but he was polite, professional and caring. When we went to checkout - all the paint rang up at $6.48/can. The trainer told the trainee cashier to give us $24.00 credit. When I inquired about the price the trainer of the trainee instructed him to ring it at $6.48. When we again asked about the difference the trainer RUDELY told my daughter to go take a picture of the prices and bring it to her. I felt this is her job, not ours. When my daughter returned with the picture there were 3 prices on the sample display. The trainer was rude again. The trainer then said to ring them all at $6.48. I asked her about applying the $24.00 discount she said she'd give us earlier and her response was she would have given it to me had I not said nothing. As a customer, making any purchase, it is my express right to inquire or challenge a price posted or given by an employee of Home Depot. I feel we were treated unfairly. The entire shopping trip took over 2 hours to finally purchase the paint we came for. As frequent shoppers at Home Depot, we had to wait and wait and wait again for the ineptness of the trainer and her personal discriminatory decision not to allow us great customer satisfaction by allowing a $1 off each can as was posted, and only discounted 1 of 24 cans purchased at a hefty $182+. We the customer should never be held accountable for the pricing, posted prices, pricing confusion between clerks, cashiers and displays. The rudeness from the trainer was disgusting and unacceptable. Please issue the additional $1.00 per can we should have received at store # 6855. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Any Home Depot. The bad behavior was that of the TRAINER at the register, NOT THE TRAINEE, nor the clerks in the paint department. We do not wish to be subjected to this situation ever again.

As a GC, we have preferred window suppliers, and rarely go outside of our comfort zones but in a rare case of needing better timelines on French doors black on black, HD stated 40 days order to delivery. We inquired thoroughly with them before committing. We followed up weekly and were told they were on schedule each time until one day before delivery, then it would change to weeks longer each time. Two months past the 40 day mark, we were then told it would be another 3 weeks. I don't think HD communicates with their provider at all. We finally got in touch with Jen Weld and were told they have been backed up all along, so what was happening is HD was only advising us of potential delivery dates and then pushed the dates each time at the last minute. This has caused extensive delays with our now suffering customer and the conditions of their in-progress home for months, which reflects poorly on us as well. In retrospect we would have made better timelines had we not trusted HD dates.

She is useless can't answer or know simple questions .... and all she does is flirt with the guys ... Very annoying

Worst Home Depot- incompetent staff that were too stupid to get items rung up. Then two that were too lazy to help load a fridge. Almost walked back in and returned almost $2000 in products. WORD TO HOME DEPOT.... Fire your managers there or get them to get their employees to do their damned jobs!!!!
