This was the worst experiences I have ever had with U-Haul. My dad used U-Haul for years for different things. I don’t know if it’s is only this location but the customer service did not exist. They expect you to do all the work and will charge you for things that they didn’t explain. There was no explanation because they have no one working there. And to top it off they close early sometimes without telling anyone in advance. They are only open to 5:30 pm and sometimes close at 4:30pm without notifying their customers. The last part really made me never want to go back. I asked for some kind of discount and the woman said you will be paying full because of their rules. Not even acknowledging that they wasted a lot of my time. There are a lot u-haul places in town.

Great easy location. I'm always able to get a truck easily. The trucks are always clean and the return is very simple.

The after hours pick up and drop off is pretty effective. Takes a few minutes to go through the app and take all the pictures but it really makes sense.

Miguel, manager had told me when I bought 5 wardrobe boxes from him a couple weeks back I could return any unused boxes for a refund, fair enough! Today when I walked in to ask for him to buy back a couple boxes I did not use, they were in the same spot in my truck as Miguel put them, he had his back turned to me the whole time refusing to assist me with the buy back. His assistant whose body took up at least 3/4 of the room in the office gave me a sheepish look and was right to the book. I left in the mid conversation with Miguel because once again he had his back turned to me belligerent the whole time. Called a "Neighborhood U-Haul?" I would not think of it in this way.Would I recommend you to do business with Miguel and Thumbalina? NO! Not at all. Disappointed Buyer in Los Angeles 90045

I'd like to especially leave a good review to the guy who works here, Miguel. I'm a varsities customer and I used this location twice and Miguel makes renting such a hassle free and convenient experience. I've used Uhaul in many different places and there's no place as efficient as here. Miguel is not only friendly and makes things getting vans/trucks here as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Give this guy a raise!

Dale the manager and Miquel were awesome and gave me 1st class service! Dale was extremely kind, respectful and helpful... he is a humble and un-intimidating man with good people skills and gave me a “good feeling” about renting from his company.HIGHLY recommend this location!!! The truck is in excellent condition... clean and comfortable too. Thank you Dale and Miguel!

Five stars since everything I expect to be there was there. Quick and friendly check in. Car available modern pickup truck (even with car play!). Helpful people. Convenient location near the airport. I could have not asked for more.

Lol I had an entire moving day planned today and they just texted me one hour before I was supposed to pick up the truck saying that the truck is broken. And they won't help me look for another one. Now I'm stuck searching for another one and I have been on hold with uhaul customer service for an hour now. This place is super unreliable - would not recommend this place. Completely ruined my moving plans. Would give 0 stars if I could
