This place is a disgrace. If you want any important mail lost, like Priority Express, mail it here. If the USPS wants to provide better service, they can start by closing down this office.

They’re always closed on random weekdays. It’s happened to me 3 times already that I go and on any given day they just don’t feel like being open. This is at about 1pm, and it’s happened before at other times.

Place was great for me. Super chill employee and helped me ship my box fast. Must've gotten lucky with this guy than the rude employee I hear about

Super rude. Don’t bother greeting, rushing people out and don’t have any pens available. Super dirty and unorganized.

This has been my local post office for over 20 years. I have had very few problems here. Reading through the comments I see that there are quite a few complaints about the wait time, the hours of operation, and accountability. Some of these concerns are valid and some of them are just a bunch of Karens. It's true that this office typically has one clerk. The clerk can't do anything about that. They can't magically grow another clerk every time someone asks for more help. A lot of people are just impatient and they take it out on the clerk. I turn around and walk right back out if I feel the line is too long. I usually plan my visit based on whether I have time to spare or not. I've noticed that the turnaround here is high and I can only imagine that it's because of the stress they are constantly put under. A lot of times it's not the clerk's fault the line moves so slow. There are so many people who come in unprepared (wrong shipping label, no box, no tape, no customs form) and hold up the line but somehow it's the clerks fault!? Bottom line don't come here if you don't have time to spare, are impatient, rude and entitled. If you need to complain to someone do it to the postmaster general.

I arrived at 12:45 PM to drop off a package and the doors are closed with no employee on sight and no note indicating when staff will return.

Literally the worst post office in LA county. Routinely closed during posted business hours and massively understaffed when they actually are open. They also don't have a package drop or self-service kiosks. Save yourself the frustration and head to the location on Aviation Blvd which is superior in every way.

Hi I am stuck in an awful situationHavingMoved our company from one location to another within the same area Inglewood California, we used mail forwarding to ensure our mail kept coming until customers got used to our new address.Worst mistake we made!!! The mail from our old address over 300 pieces has never arrived at our new P.O. BOX.We can’t make payroll our income dropped by 70% !!The Hillcrest Post office claims the mail was never forwarded! The annex post office that forwards mail claims Hillcrest has all the forwarded mail!no one is willing to help!We followed protocols3 service requests none answered2 letters to consumer affairs in Washington from DC no response20 Plus calls to the USPS service center to get some helpDaily visits since June 26 move date and now 8.10.23 to the Hillcrest Post office who sometimes find 2 -3 pieces of our mail ONLY when we beg plead and stand at the counter nothing is ever in the P.O. Box!No one takes responsibilityNo one has provided any helpThe post office workers all say the same thing it’s the carrier not sending mail to the forwarding annexThe annex staff tell us they do get the mail to forward but it’s stuck as it was sent there, at the Hillcrest Post office in Inglewood. The Hillcrest post office tell us it’s not them and they are understaffed and can’t find the missing mail! The reality is over 300 pieces of mail are missing in the chaos and mess at the Inglewood Hillcrest Post office in CA! If you look at the Google reviews on that post office which are awful you see a pattern of mismanagement, complete disregard for the purpose of a post office and general apathy !HELP any guidance would be very much appreciated !!!

In addition to the poor customer service you receive when you go in, which are subject to makeshift service hours (they were clo 4:30p last week), you can't even drop off mail when they're closed because THEY DON'T HAVE MAILBOXES OUTSIDE.
