If there was an option for no Stars, that’s actually what I would put . Absolutely terrible service all around !! Even after past years, months, days ,weeks of complaining about this particular location still, they’re not open when their hours say that they’re open even for the lobby hours they’re not open. While I was Parked writing this review in front of the post office some one just came and opened up the lobby area an hour later than the lobby hours! What kind of foolery is this? This is a shame and a tragedy that when you have something in our city in our communities, they treat it like stirfry crap at this point. It doesn’t even mean anything to go to a meeting about the post office or even complain about it all customer service does when you call them to complain about it . All they do is make excuses about the staffing. that should not be the communities’s problem!. If you still have it open for business then hold yourselves accountable, and have someone there at the allotted times of the building being open. Would you do this in a white neighborhood probably not something needs to be done about that

The inside of this Post Office is so dirty. There's trash all over the PO. Box area as well as the customer service area. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's only 10 o'clock in the morning.

I’m just baffled at the “we on lunch so that’s why the door was closed” response the cashier gave once she seen 3 people waiting!! Just unprofessional at its best!! Please do better…

So sad that agents don’t know the aspects of an address change for a deceased person. I told the agent the email directed me to come in and show documentation. She immediately gives me a change of address card and says “you’ll send that in and they’ll ask for proof”. I’m confused but remember they sent a barcode when I attempted the electronic process. I mention the barcode and she say “it’s just going to tell you to fill out the card” she finally scans the barcode and it gives her the process.
Is the window agent that depressed that they don’t care if they provide wrong information?

This post office used to be a really nice convenient post office to go to Miss Carol Retired and I do not know what happened. I have been a customer of this post office for many many years and I’ve watched it go down the drain never opens on time never open on Saturday like it’s supposed to, I’ve never heard of a lunch being two hours and lunch is over with the post office never open back up memorial day holiday morning the post office open at 9 o’clock. It has never opened. It didn’t open on Tuesday. It didn’t open on Wednesday and today is Thursday the 30th 2024 and it is still not opened as of yet Send representative to open up the office the customer service part of the post office or let us know if we need to move our mail and receive our packages somewhere else. I have been waiting on a package that was delivered on Tuesday package because nobody has put the mail in the mailboxes are the PO boxes and there is no packages or keys in the mailboxes for us to pick up our packages. I think this is very disrespectful to the community especially the elderly people that come and wait to use that PO Box and that post office please correct the problem , please service us as a customer service our community and frequent this post office. There is something that needs to be done. It is not fair to our community.

The service is horrible, when it comes to opening the doors on the weekends and sometimes on time during the week. I had to drive to the main post office last week on Imperial to see why the door wasn't opens on time Saturday, the lady manager advises me that she was short staff and got busy and forgot to open it up that day. For me like myself that work can only go to my boss on the weekends and want on time. It's been times when they don't open for twice a weekend. I have documented all the time the wasn't open and I have been inconvenienced and I'm going to request a refund back from my credit card from them not doing their job opening the doors on time.

Since when you close front doors for lunch and, why a one person at front almost at all times. If for some reason you're short in personnel then hire more postal future personnel or have someone from the rear to help with customers, don't be a unnecessary dark eye for the USPS. You can have the window supervisor help up front and, if that is crossing craft then, you stop crossing craft by having a, 204B stop delivering mail just because your branch is short in personnel, customers of your local PO,ask to speak with the branch manager n complain with him/her or call Postal Operations n complain, and if it has no effect then, take it to the unions of USPS, inspector office cause, the hours are 9 to 5 with no interruptions.if short in personnel then pay overtime for whomever needs to replace workers at lunch.Office manager n superintendent of postal operations, shame on your ways of operations. Is not written in any postal laws, rules, domestic or overseas manuals.Shape up n no more embarrassment.

I went to this PO today at around 3:30pm to cash out some money orders. The PO clerk went about and beyond to help me out. She was awesome. I wish more PO clerks learned from her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately.

It was half hour before closing and you rushed on the customers so you can off work sooner is not a great attitude to do your job right.

I love the community, I love that this location used to be very clean and the older lady whom recently retired did an amazing job showing us she valued working at this post office. I’ve been here for 9 years and she has made my transition seamless.
However lately the doors being closed don’t reflect the business hours and often interrupts the communities ability to conduct business. It’s also not as clean as it could and used to be and that reflects us poorly. We also want access to our P.O. Box even when the counters are closed. There’s no reason the doors are closed to the lobby. We need to do better at upholding the employees to the standard of the community and not their personal work ethic.
It was closed when i arrived at 10:10am and it should have been open to 1pm. I drove over an hour to get mail that was emailed to me that it was delivered only to arrive and it’s not open. Im not sure how I even feel right now but I did my best to update the business hours and inform people that this is not okay.
