This is hands down one of the worst USPS locations. Every time I drop off a package, it takes 2–3 days just to get scanned. The last time I visited, I dropped off two packages containing items I sold—and now they’re completely lost. It’s been a week with zero tracking updates. If you care about your mail or business, avoid this location at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option

What post office in America takes 3 hr lunch breaks closes and locks their doors to the public and blast rap music out of their PA system??? Crenshaw and Imperial location that's who!! Nothing like Waist, Fraud and Abuse of a federal agency... This location needs an immediate audit and I will see to it that it happens...

Worst of the worst postal office. I had 3 small pkgs to drop off and the employee said she couldn’t take them because she already had too many pkgs.

I would tell you never come here but NO!!! Come and makes this people WORK!! I just came back from there and was only one lady working, was an elderly lady waiting there for like 5 minutes before ringing the bell, the worker came and told her something lady left, I told her I had some packages to scan and she looked at my wagon and left. I stayed there for 5 minutes,she was on her phone while she supposed to be doing her job! And told me she can only scan 10 packages, I said okay let’s do 10, she was like I said talking to some friend or something on the phone so I gave her more than 10 packages she didn’t even noticed!!! They scanned just fine!! And it took 2 minutes!! Why just why!!!?

Went around 1:30pm hoping I had missed their lunch and they would be open only to find a sign saying they would be back at 2:30pm. Take, but can it at least be consistent on the time so people can plan!!!

Just change the hours at this point because what's the point when nobody is there all you will see is a paper stating they're on break. who's paying these people because you're giving away money to people who don't want to work.

Well. Looks like everyone had some bad time in here. I left my document pouch in here. Lady who works in here, kept my pouch safe during weekend and I was able to pick it up today. I really appreciate it again🙏

The lady lost 7 packages and when I go to line she says “we need a paper in order to deliver” while it was already pre paid and everything she was just lazy
