Jose helped me tow my car earlier this morning, and he couldn’t have done a better job. Compared to the last towing company, he thought outside the box and lifted my car to be able to straighten out my front driver side wheel, to not mess up the car any further. He then allowed me to ride along in his truck to the auto shop. Great customer service, great fast response and more than anything amazing work! I recommend them, and more than anything I highly recommend Jose.Service: Car towing

I was referred to them by family & friends however they serve their Community with Pride & Respect !!!!!Their not over expensive & their not taking advantage of People through this Pandemic like other car shops !!!

These people were very nice and fairly priced! They were less than 1/2 price of a competitor.. which made me feel like I wasn't getting taken advantage of like some places I called. Super easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Last Monday, I called around to two other tow companies and they said they were too busy. I was trying to get car into the shop by 8am, so when I called Jose and he answered with a friendly hello, quoted me and price and told me he was on his way, I knew I called the right number!! He was even nicer in person. Greeted me with a smile. I gave him the address of the mechanic shop and although, I left first, he beat me there. Lol. I recommend Jose and Vallarta Towing to everyone. He exemplified customer service and my expectations.

Was referred by a local smog check garage to come get my armrest repaired here and I have nothing but good reviews: speedy service, honest pricing, cordial staff and luckily I waited next store at Yoshinoya... No Problems! Ask for CARLOS and he'll work with you on pricing:) I'm coming back with my 2007 Audi A4 cabriolet!

I've been dealing with Javier Moreno and his son for the last seven years and I have never met more honest mechanics. The dad is also a good auto electrician. If you have weird shorts, he's the man to see. Prices are also unbeatable.

My friend referred me to this place and I have become their loyal customer! I love Javier - great service, timely, great communication and follow up. I have taken both of my cars here in the last few weeks for some engine and break work and have been extremely happy! Don't mind the neighborhood and a bit of dust! You won't find a better price for the great work this shop does!
