Do not waste your time shopping here. Even though it is close to those three stadiums, casinos, and other stores...THIS IS A DECEITFUL STORE!!! Feb 1, 2024 until March 3, 2024 I thought that I would be happy with Verizon but they proved me wrong. They made my life complicated...!!! Their manager teaches his employees to disrespect their customer and treat women as lower class to men... And if you have gray hair, they accuse you of not remembering or not knowing how things work... First I had to as for a receipt, then I had to ask for a bag to carry my equipment in. There was four pages of the receipt so why did D'shawn only provide me with the last two pages...I will tell you why, because it discloses the detail of the contract. I told two employees that I did not want to pay for a new phone service for a free cell phone but I was all for buying a new landline. They acted as if they were giving me a new free SIM card because my other one was not working. Wrong...that was around $75 the next month. Luis will justify the wrong doing of his employees as if it is impossible for them to make an error... Clearly they care more about getting the sale and they will intentionally keep things like billing and the bottom line of monthly charges just to get you out the door with a product or service. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES LUIS ACCUSING YOUR CUSTOMERS OF LYING AND NOT KNOWING HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT. I take offense at you making false statement to justify your own mishandling me.

The customer service sucks. I waited and waited while others were walking in off the street being put ahead of me. One of the sales associates actually lied to his supervisor saying that I told him I did NOT want help! A customer nearby who hear our conversation, told me to call in to customer retention and complain. I did. this location (which is actually a 3rd party) is ridiculously inadequate.

This Verizon at So-Fi (Inglewood) offered the most accurate & capable Solution Specialists i've come across in a long time. Solutions Specialist Rue Meade is the most superlative Verizon staff member, I've come across in a long time!!!Give the man a raise and a corner office with a window!!!

This store's customer service is horrible. Most are placed in a "que" while some get instant service. This is my second visit in as many weeks. My first visit lasted well over 2 hours! My problem was complex, but the manager thought it was a good idea to have a new hire assist me, while he ran back and forth to newly arriving customers. Today, is just as bad with the long wait when I was told only 2 people are ahead of me.Makes me want to switch to Cricket or Sprint.

Employees hide in the back avoiding returns. Only 1 on the floor while 5 hide in the back and 4 customers not being helped. The manager and employee said my wifi gateway would have access in the address I gave them. They LIED. Double check what they say to you. The enjoy to lie as a team and be lazy as a team.

I had to get a replacement phone due to my first phone dropping from my pocket and the screen shattered. I was able to be directed to what I needed to do and received my replacement Monday morning, which was October 9th.

If you’re not here for switching your phone service or getting a new phone do everything online or over the phone. They will prioritize those that want to join their network and leave you on the side until they’re all done with those.

Bill, the Store Manager, happily helped me switch from my Business Account with T-Mobile to a new Verizon Business Account with a great deal.
