“Super communicative and thorough, even when you bring them something that's a bit of a pain in the ass.
I brought my Seiko in because it just 'stopped'. Long story short, Tic Toc had to work with and ultimately send my watch into Seiko because they wouldn't sell the specific parts for my weird model. Tic Toc didn't charge me for the disassembly and problem solving to discover the issue either since they couldn't personally fix it (because Seiko wouldn't sell the parts).
