I love rite aid but, the cashier with the ponytail at the Redondo & Normandie store really makes me feel uncomfortable, like in a very perverted way., other than that the staff is beautiful.

I will not lie I am not a lady that's young and hip. But this lady name Daisy made me feel so welcomed and not like a bother. She had so much patience to explain which medication was better for the pain I have on my leg and she even offered to do much more. So sweet we need more people like her!! Also this other lady I forget she checked me out she Beverly she was sweet!

Amazing service! I walked in to buy new linen candle maybe 2 weeks ago for my freshly cleaned house and I believe the manager who's name was daisy recommended me new scents and I have been obsessed with them! She is so sincere from the small talk that I came back before closing time earlier and bought 4 candles! Lovely store and I will be coming back!

I went into this store to get ice cream cookies and cream to be exact. They didn't have any in the freezer for me to get but they had them in the back Where the employees can go. I asked the cashier would someone be able to help me and get the ice cream she said I can't leave and the manager is in the back so " it is what it is " HUH? She the cashier called the manager, the manager told me to wait till her break is don't in 20 min HUH? I will never come here again. Terrible customer service.

Calling about my prescription and no one's picking up. With most jobs you can slack off a little because you're not dealing with peoples health but they literally are. Definitely shows their lack of care for their customers. They never picked up in 4 hours. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is this ridiculous!!! Won't pickup phone won't refill my prescription. Close the place down what is the point of being open when u don't service the public.

This pharmacy is good but the thing is the people who works there are really lazy or bad actitud I recommend change this kind of people last time I went with a hard pain because I get a surgery and they didn't give me my medicine after 12 hour and was 7 pm when they close 10 pm somebody need to do something please.

I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to this rite aid location. Plenty of parking and easy to find products. You can always count on them to have that delicious ice cream as well. What i can appreciate is the sales that they have on their snacks and candy. The employees are very helpful and out going. Our cashier by the name of Kevin has a wonderful personality. We all need that right about now during CoVid. This location is clean and very helpful.

This Rite Aid is kinda janky but they really do try to open until 10 PM as advertised (BOO CVS) and everyone is helpful in their own way. The security guard is hilarious and does his job.

People at the pharmacy have terrible, nasty, disgusting attitude. No pleasure to speak to them at all. They don't know how to input insurance info in the system. Terrible experience! I wish you could just fire these disgusting people! We go there for help but we get awful attitude from them. How could they even work with customers if they hate their job!

Gahhhh!!! My whole review just got deleted for some reason. So the short version - I called the pharmacy and kept pressing the button to Connect to the pharmacy kept getting looped back to the main menu. This went on for 5 minutes before I decided to just press the button to connect to the store for a "general" question. The woman who answered that call (within about 10 seconds) was able to connect me to the pharmacy within another 30 seconds. The pharmacy is not answering their phone calls. Once I finally got over to pharmacy, the woman didn't even answer the phone. She just picked it up. The music stopped so I said "hello? Hello?" And finally heard "hello" on the other end. I explained my situation, I typically go to a different pharmacy for this particular medication, my pharmacy is closed today and my dr. recommended that I call Rite Aid. It was clear she wasn't listening because her next question was for my DOB which I gave her. She says "I'm not finding a prescription in my system" well, duh. I explain myself AGAIN and she kept interrupting me and asking for my phone number to "look it up that way" I said "you're not going to find it under that because my prescription is at a different pharmacy" as I'm telling her that, she's interrupting me, yet again (you think she would learn), to yell at me "you said you were calling for a refill now it's not a refill" or whatever. I said "excuse me?? What is your problem? You're being very rude, and you're interrupting me. If you'd just listen to me you would know that my prescription isn't at Rite Aid so I'm not going to be in your system!" She responds "I'm being rude? Wowww. Okay so tell me what you need". I tell her the medication I need and the dose, she's interrupting me again. I said "this is what I'm talking about. You're going to get the information wrong because you're assuming what I'm going to say instead of listening" I finally get the medication name and dose to her, she doesn't put me on hold, I don't hear any typing into the computer or anything. She just responds "no my system is showing I have none". After all of that. Whether I believe her or not is irrelevant (I don't) the reason why I give this Rite Aid no stars (there should truly be a 0 star option, because my rating is 0, not 1) is because of how rude, condescending, and patronizing this woman is. Coming onto yelp and seeing I'm not the only person who has had a problem with the pharmacy staff doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I just wonder if anybody at Rite Aid even bothers to read these reviews. Because something needs to be done. There needs to be consequences for speaking to people like they're beneath you, when all we're trying to do is get our dr. Prescribed medication. If you don't like that as a job, go do something different. There needs to be consequences for this woman. Period.
