Do not use this provider.Once you get a contract, you can't cancel the contract. even if after finishing the contract, automatic recontract by themselves. This is not fair and highly cost I have ever used. The service was worst, worst, worst. so many times drop the internet.half of time was disconnect the internet and 1-5 days no internet per month. this is not right.better use the cellphone hot spot.Don't waste your huge money with to company.

I've had wiline voice service for a few years now. Our old shop finally made the switch to voice over ip phone service. The price is straightforward, and the service is great. Our local tech Alex always comes through whenever we have any questions.

Please never ever use Wiline. Their service is the worst and their price compared to their competitors are literally the most expensive. Their service cuts off every now and then and it is a pain dealing with them. We used to be a long term contract. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Oh and just letting you know, Thomas Nunes is the reason why we ended our contract with this company. Avoid this guy at all cost as well since he has very poor customer service skills.

DO ALL YOU CAN DO TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.I asked them one day when my contract ends. They gave me the date, and when I wanted to cancel the service after the contract ended, they say another 4 years of contract started AUTOMATICALLY and I can never terminate the contract. They don't give a notification by mail nor email, and its not shown on the bill either.the service disconnects WHENEVER it rains. For a business dealing with time sensitive materials, this is crucial. If your address doesn't support any other internet service, just get a hot spot service from your phone. That will be wayyy bettter than getting Wiline.

Rates increased constantly; started at 175 and is now 260. They have multiple ways of locking you into a contract. Horrible customer service from the start. Stay away! Run!

STAY AWAY FROM WILINE -We have been with them a long time. There service has been poor - our entire warehouse depends on internet for our WMS systems. It was highly impacting our productivity as a business. We contacted to cancel only 3 days after the "auto renewal" which we were never notified of. They want us to pay 20k to cancel. They will not cancel, and claim they are exempt from a law that requires companies to notify us that the contract is being renewed. The contract doesn't have any notice of this exemption. UNREASONABLEHORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY FAR FAR AWAY

NEVER USE WILINE. Long term customer as los angeles commercial has limited internet resources. They force you to use multi year contracts and don't alert you for renewal and threaten you to pay for several years of service if you want to stop.Horrible reliability, slow speeds, and the internet drops everytime there is weather. The company truly doesn't care and will start using legal language to try and scare you.

I have had WiLine for almost a year now and in that time I have had 15 trouble-tickets but this last one has been the killer - 3 days without a phone line and minimal data. The customer services techs, Cesar, Alex, and Kenneth have been incompetent in handling this situation. All they can say is we will escalate this to the next tier for 3 days now. They say it is an isolated situation and then in the same conversation say they are swamped, which is it. The email sent to me when this trouble ticket was open states that Cesar will be my point of contact for the situation and I have not spoken to him ever again because they cannot transfer my call to him. Zero communication unless I call them and even then I no answers no ETA for when this situation will be resolved. Needless to say I am in the process of shopping for another company.

Edit on 2/27: monthly fee skyrocketed from $160 something to $245 now in the past 6 months. wow... also they are not even letting me cancel without paying early termination fee due to "auto renewal policy", which I've never been notified until last week when I requested for service cancelation. Seriously???I don't even know where to begin..We have been using commercial line for almost 2 years now. Problems: slow speed, frequent outage, speed unstableness, higher charge considering below average service. Speed is often less than 10mbps (yes 10! not 100), which is not even getting near promised 95mbps and yet they charge us more than $160 month. Internet becomes so unstable and slower after 6pm but we can't even reach out to customer service center because they are closed. This is just so ridiculous. We are stuck in contract for another 10 months. We are seriously thinking of just discontinuing service with paying for balances on 10 months and switching to Spectrum. Wiline doesn't even deserve one star. ???FYI: I'm writing this review on my LTE because internet is not working (for about 20 mins now) and i can't work of course. I don't have much time to write this kind of long review, but now I do have time thanks to Wiline.

DO NOT IGNORE THEIR REVIEWSPay 345 a month at our business for symmetrical internet service.Daily loss of internet everyday.Says it's on our end after we tried 3 different routers. After they do something on their end the router magically starts working again without touching the router.20+ calls and ticket numbers and constant refusal for a tech to come out and help out.Contracts make it difficult to cancel service. We are canceling and no longer will ever recommend or use their service. These types of companies deserve to go out of business.DO NOT USE WILINE. Customer service is horrible at best and they WILL NOT help you. Pay their ridiculous prices if you want but they will bend you over and take your money

Please do not use this company! They try to lock you into a contract that auto renews without any notice and when I called them to cancel after my one year contract they said that I had to pay a plenty. They gave me an option to resign for another year and then they would me credit for two months. Please see Calif assembly bill 390 dated July 1st 2021. They must send you notice of the auto renew 15 to 45 days prior.

Similar sentiment as other reviewers here on Google, Wiline's renewal process is archaic, deceptive, and criminal.

JUST DON'T DO IT!! Save yourself the nightmare of signing up with this outfit as it is pretty much impossible to end your services without having to pay a ton of money. Their business model works as follows - You sign an agreement for say 3 years, and they they auto-renew your agreement every time that 3 year period passes. I moved my business to a new location that doesn't allow wiline on the building and requested a cancel. They are trying to charge me almost $3k to get out of their auto-renew cycle (my initial contract was auto-renewed by them). On top of all of this, when we had wiline it was very unreliable and wouldn't work in the rain or if it was windy. Unfortunately they have created a model where they just try to hold people hostage to this crazy auto-renew policy. It'll be challenged once I get their crazy bill. I will say that their customer service team was always responsive to outage reports and kept me informed, but the fact that I always had to contact them at our old location tells the story itself. Look elsewhere as I'm sure that half of their revenue depends on taking advantage of small businesses with this auto-renew nonsense.

The driver of WiLine was driving about 100 mph on the freeway as he almost hit 3 people by cutting them off, we have a video of the driver - horrible services and dangerous, not recommended services

I rarely write reviews, but with what I experienced over the last year and a half of working with Wiline has been beyond unacceptable. I was guaranteed a 50/50 download/upload speed from Wiline, which is why I signed on, only to get speeds of under 10mb and sometimes uploads at under 3mbs. I called and opened up multiple tickets, and after a year was told that I needed to upgrade to 100/100 and that was the problem... which did not sit well with me, also the price was double to do so.Since I was dealing with so many issues and needed this resolved, I trusted Wiline, upgraded, and had the same issue. Had an open ticket with Wiline for over 2 months, to which they told me it was a HARDWARE issue this whole time (meaning I did not need to upgrade) and then proceeded to tell me they are going to try to fix it and do construction on some point to raise a tower etc etc. At any rate, I have to keep my business going and found another supplier -Verizon- who instantly sent a box, costing me $60-80 instead of $600-700, and the service has been actually great and consistent with no locked in contract.-back to wiline-Before Wiline even started the construction to resolve my issue (I was told the higher ups were not getting back to the customer service reps) ..(side note: the customer service reps are very friendly and do care, they just do not have the support of management to actually be able to solve more serious issues). But before they even started to fix the issue, I said enough is enough and that I wanted to cancel or terminate the agreement, it would be absurd to think, that this company that essentially swindled me into re-upping the agreement and cost and years, saying it was an bandwidth issue, would actually try to keep me in this given the aforementioned.BUT HERE IS THE KICKER, THEY ARE! They told me it is fixed now so now I will get great service from here on out.... uh...what? You wont let me out of my contract because it is fixed after 2 months? Does this company think I am waiting around to hope they fix it? As a business owner we have to be proactive in solving issues, and internet is kinda a necessity..Nonetheless, they want me to pay over $20,000 to get out of the contract that I was conned into signing after their team of specialists told me that this would fix my problem, when the entire time it was their actual setup/hardware.Truly unbelievable business tact. The guy who works under the CEO.. David.. just kept repeating "but its fixed now" and everytime I would have to respond with "how long was this open for?" then a pause would ensue, and his answer "2 months" and I would wait for a pulse but silence filled the awkward void.Complete delusions of adequacy..
