This place is cute and quaint. There's a horseshoe pit, a pool, and a hot tub. I loved the little kitchenette in our room (#10). The room was clean. The only con was that our bed was very hard, but otherwise would recommend.

I highly, highly recommend staying here! You're surrounded by trees and various animals on the property (chipmunks, various types of birds, quails, deer, etc.) - very relaxing. Our room was very spacious too. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cottages were perfect. Exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for when looking to get away from the city. The place was clean and the location is well maintained. Everyone was mindful of the quiet hours so we really enjoyed staying here and would love to stay again in the near future. It’s also so close to everything! 10/10 location.
However, we did have a run-in with a very rude neighbor. We like to explore the areas we stay in and I think I read on the website that there was a trail nearby so we decided to walk on what we assumed was the trail. There was a sign that said “Private Road- Guests welcome” so we assumed the guests meant us and continued on. There was a person up ahead and told us to “Turn back the f around” I guess we were not the guests welcome up there lmao. Simple mistake but we obliged since it was our bad but he continued to yell and his dog also started to bark at us aggressively. The experience dampened the mood a bit but had nothing to do with the cottages so I won’t change my rating and would love to stay again. Just a cautionary tale for those who read these reviews.

I have stayed here twice now and it is brilliant. The garden is beautiful, it's super quiet, the rooms are very charming and it's right in the middle of all the fun Point Reyes activities. I will stay a third time

Sue and Andy put are the absolute salt of the earth. Our car broke down quite literally right outside the main entrance to their lovely establishment.
They were gracious enough to let us use their WiFi and just hang out. And when all of our other options proved fruitless, Andy graciously offered to take us 45 mins south to Fairfax.
Truly cannot say thank you enough to you both (and Taser) for the hospitality and generosity!

Great little get away and being dog friendly is a huge plus. Amenities were well done with no frills.

Ruined our family escape mini vacation. Get rid of the political garbage. 10 signs and a 15ft tall trump balloon greet anyone who drives in. They ruined the peace with psychotic political propaganda.
The room was musty and very dated. There was a a sign warning of fees if you didn’t do the dishes. Nothing was modern but that is acceptable…
It is a darn shame that these people operate like this. Had we known there is no way we would have showed up.

We love this place. Simple but comfy rooms, kitchenettes, a pool, lovely grounds (lots of room to roam!)

We rented a cottage with a loft. The cottage was cute, and had everything we needed. We were able to cook a meal one night in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were provided, as well as tea and coffee, and hot chocolate packets for the kids. We had to call housekeeping and request a new sponge to clean dishes, as the one provided was old and stinky. You are required to wash your dishes before checking out so we wanted to have a clean sponge. The loft had two trundle beds for our boys, but it was hot up there, even once it cooled off outside. We had a window open and a fan blowing all night, so it finally cooled off but was cold downstairs. The kids seemed okay but my 12 year old complained a little. I’d recommend this for younger kids who can climb steep stairs without trouble. The beds and bedding were comfortable and having a dining table was nice. The location of the cottage was perfect for all of our adventures while in Point Reyes. We would stay here again.
