“Nice place with lots of units. Staff here seem great to deal with. Only thing I can think that I don't like is the rate they have you sign up for says they can charge 75% of the regular rate on top of your monthly charge at their companies discretion, meaning it can almost triple the monthly payment. I'll be figuring something out to get my stuff out by the end of my 3 month promotion due to this.”

Haley At the front desk was friendly and helpful, and made the process for opening a new storage unit very easy at a time where our family was dealing with loss and feeling rushed to find a secure place for our brother’s belongings. She was patient and accommodating and made our experience better than it could’ve been. As far as the facility, it is clean and secure. I love at the front desk is attended for those that have questions or need assistance. Selecting this as a storage place was a great choice and I would highly recommend it!”

“Amazing facility! We've been there 5 years, and only recently left to switch to one closer to our house.
Managers are always very nice, and easy to contact whenever we had questions.
Facility itself is well maintained and even ongoing upgrades, which is wonderful. Never had any issues. Pricing is always very reasonable as well.
The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is simply the location. Being in the desert, and our unit was on the outer perimeter, so it was always full of dirt that had blown in which can't really be helped. We always just brought a leaf blower with us lol

“Got a bulk water delivery from them and the delivery man Phillip was very friendly. This was my first time dealing with the tanks and we didn’t have quite the right hookup for the hose but he was able to rig it up with a few pieces we had laying around. Price was fair. Will be getting water again in the future. Next time I’ll have a tip available for the driver ?”

“Only one problem with renting this time. Lady forgot to give me my copy of agreement and receipt for paying two months. Went back over month later, lady recognize me as soon as I walked in and she knew who I was got up and she helped me I didn't even have to ask her this place is the most wonderful place to rent from and it also an employment agency called SASS. They do it all. I'll always do my business here first because they do remember me and that makes a very good impression on me. Yes it is a business but they make it feel so personal”
