Went to the store around 2:30 am yesterday. The lights were on and there was a sticker that said the store was 24h, but the doors were locked.

Came to Irvine on August 6th so my fiance could see the Sum41/Offspring/Simple Plan show at the Five Point Amphitheatre. He went to the show and I stayed in the hotel room at the Extended Stay. This 7-11 is within a very short walking distance from the hotel so I decided to come in and get some snacks and ice cream for my fiance to have after the show. I guess being a white woman alone in the store irked the two clerks inside as they were very callous towards me.I don't know what the issue was but they were trying to hurry me out of the store making it seem like they were closing when it was only about 7pm and I thought it was open 24/7. "Excuse me! What are you doing?" one of the clerks said to me in a harsh and angry tone as I stood in front of the ice cream freezer. I told him I was buying ice cream. Then he snapped and said "Are you ready?" like he was ushering me to the front checkout to get rid of me.I didn't know there was a time limit someone was allowed to be in the store for. He was on the phone with someone else on Bluetooth and I guess I was interrupting his private time or something. Honestly, I don't understand what I did to make them so irrate, I guess I was taking too long to choose the ice cream I wanted.With my anxiety and being in a strange place alone, I can be indecisive which I guess bothered them that I lingered for too long but I didn't see the ice cream I wanted until the last minute on the bottom shelf. I was going to buy more items but the tense atmosphere in the store made me uncomfortable and I left.

This 7-11 could use a lesson in customer service. They were not the most polite. Then again I wouldn't say they were rude either. I am a delivery driver and I rely heavily on 7-11 every day all over southern California. This is the first one I have been to that does not do refills on their drinks. And also did not offer any help in finding somewhere that will do the refill. I have literally been to 100s of 7-11 locations. And this is by far the worst I have come across. Also the only 7-11 I have come across that did NOT set an example for the rest of the world what "customer service" actually means.

Be aware it’s a 7 eleven but they don’t honor the app points system they also don’t allow refills when asked why they don’t follow the 7 eleven franchise regulations they said their owner rules also the owner is a j*** among some of the staff also they charge more for some products than other 7 elevens I just think if they wanna have their own rules get rid of the name and put your own name up on the business
