Today I went to get my lashes done. The employee was very rude to me. When I got up, she said one of them looked different and told me there was nothing she could do, and that I should go tell the front desk. While she was applying the lashes, she had the fan placed right in front of my nose. I felt like I was suffocating and couldn’t breathe, but she kept working and ignored it. Her name was Amber.

Very clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Staff are kind and helpful and they always make sure you are comfortable on that table while they doing their treatment. I have been a frequent customer for at least 2 years now. Every 3 weeks I come in to have a refill of lashes. Kelly is my beautician and I highly recommend her. Kelly is skillful and kind. Kelly always makes sure that you are comfortable on the spa table while doing my lashes.

First time getting my lashes and it will be the last time. My lash tech didn't even remotely give me what I asked for. I asked for minimal/wispy/natural lashes but I came out looking like a clown. I've been rubbing my eyes just trying to get rid of them. Never again!

Mia did an amazing job on my lashes! I was worried that it would look different than how I imagined but they came out exactly how I wanted and I had great retention. I’ve had many different experiences with lashes and this has been my favorite!

I found this place after further research into lash extensions because my first time was “ehh”… I was super worried it was all in my head and it would turn out just the same and thank God I was wrong!!
Yvette was amazing, I felt so comfortable and at ease. We were chatting and laughing for most of the time!! When I finally saw the results in the mirror I was blown away by the night and day difference, it looked like I was wearing falsies (yes, that was the look I was going for) I’m not good with selfies but here’s one showing actual length and volume in my lashes
I’m definitely going back there just for Yvette!! She truly made the experience for me!

Receptionist Maria was very rude and impatient with first time people. The lash tech was great, but everything fell off when I got home:(. Do not recommend going here

After my below poor experience at Amazing Lash the manager reached out and offered I go in to get the lashes fixed, I went in and Jeanette fixed my lashes, I was happy with how they turned out! Original review-
I have been an Amazing Lash Studio member for years and I had an unpleasant experience last week during my full set appointment. I arrived at the location right at the time for my appointment, the receptionist said my stylist would need a few minutes to set up so I decided to use the restroom quickly while Cynthia the lash stylist would be ready. Sure enough by the time I got to the room it was a few minutes past my “start time” and she said she would try her best since I was late and cut into my time- this was a very unnecessary comment as the receptionist said Cynthia needed a few minutes to set up. At the end of my appointment I was disappointed because I typically get the gorgeous style & she definitely did not give me the correct style all my lashes looked the same length across & yet once again Cynthia said I was late and I clarified the receptionist said my stylist needs a few minutes to set up, how is that my fault? Regardless I left unsatisfied and experienced a lot more fall out than ever by the time I woke up the next day. I was in disbelief of the service I received from a “Master Stylist”.

I absolute love Jade! I've been going to her for about a year and she always get my lashes looking wispy, fluffy, full and it lasts LONG. Jade is sooo friendly, and we always have the best conversations when I'm getting my lashes done. I would highly recommend getting your lashes done by her. The thing is she is really popular and gets booked up fast, but so well deserved!

Underwhelmed! I’ve been to this location twice. One of their acclaimed best techs offered subpar service and was not very friendly. I was concerned when I was able to book a same day appointment but thought I’d give them a shot. Not at all what I was hoping for. They rushed me in, and rushed me out. Service for me is 70% of the experience. They definitely have work to do in this area. The search continues.

My experience with Lash Studio at Crossroads Irvine has been phenomenal! Cynthia does such amazing work every single visit! I am a little picky about wanting my lashes full, dramatic, and sexy - Cynthia always hits the mark and makes me walk out feeling like a new woman! Additionally, our conversations are effortless and make the time fly by!! She is a true expert at her craft! And I can't leave a review without complimenting Maria and Davina who are both rockstars at providing outstanding service at the front desk! They are always so friendly and have a smile every time I walk in. I'm not sure I would ever know if they were having a tough day because they always appear so happy! Thank you for all you do Cynthia, Davina, and Maria
