it is with great disappointment that i share my recent experience at this store. after doing business with sorya the owner for many years, i just purchased 6 lovely dining chairs. ($5,000) . the arms of the chairs do not fit under my beautiful table and therefore can not be used. under absolutely no circumstances would an exchange be acceptable. i offered to pay a surcharge or arrange an acceptable and fair solution. i have the chairs in my home wrapped in their original plastic . "ambiance" does not value customers or much in any way practice fair and just business relationships.

The most poor store, the most poor service! The most poor manager-navid! He is a good liar. The furniture I bought will not be returned or exchanged, even if it has not been delivered yet. navid said that they had been packed and put in the warehouse for distribution, but I saw that they were still in the store. The quality of their furniture is also extremely poor! Although it has been for several years ，but I still remember the terrible furniture store.

Came in today to look at furniture for my new apartment. There seemed to be atleast 3 or 4 people working and maybe one other customer in the store that I saw. Nobody acknowledged me, welcomed me or tried to ask if I needed help the whole time I was there. I'm not sure if this is because I don't look like their normal demographic or what, but it was off-putting so I took my business elsewhere.

Hidden secret of Irvine/Tustin for your interior decor needs. Navid and Lexi were so great with communication and follow-up regarding our purchase of staging furniture for our new house. Would highly recommend them to stage your house if your house is on the market. It truly makes the difference of selling a home vs just a house with walls and basics.

Beware - Poor Quality, Worse Customer Service.Purchased 8 beautiful chairs for our kitchen table. They do have beautiful things at this store. Unfortunately, after about a year of normal use, the leather (or vegan leather, not sure which) started to break down (see pics). Wasn't a priority during covid, so earlier this year (about 18 months after purchase), I contacted the store to show them what was going on. Didn't really get anywhere with them. Then just this month my husband followed up with them and he was told that the manufacturer wouldn't do anything to help us and, or by the way, they don't make this product anymore so they can't repair or recover them either. I would have thought that the store would want to make things right for their customer, but apparently I was wrong. Spent about $3,000 on chairs I had hoped would last more than 18 months but at this point the store manager won't respond to messages so I guess it's just tough luck. Won't be back.

What an amazing selection to pick from and talk about outstanding customer service! Navid and Lexi helped us design our living and dining room. The entire staff was helpful and the prices they offered were fair. We were very pleased with the service and the furniture!

They have beautiful furniture and reasonable pricing. We searched lots of sites for a couch amd finally found the perfect one at Ambiance home. We ordered it and it was ready in 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. We bought a sofa, ottoman and a pair of winged back chairs 8 years back and had a good experience. So we returned to get a sectional couch. The owner convinced us that the material was indoor/outdoor and easy to take care of. Not the softest material but I was willing to concede because it was "performance" fabric. WRONG!!!!!!! WORST couch ever. Even distilled water droplets leave a ring and everything stains the fabric. We got it professionally cleaned and my 3 month old sofa looks 10 years old. We never eat or drink on the couch. We don't wear shoes in the house. Basically you get what you pay for in product and service. After complaining, the owner reluctantly cleaned the cushions for me and told me to never come back to the store again. I've never encountered such horrible customer service.

I didn't see much here in the way of books or trinkets that caught my attention, but the t-shirts are great. Lots of attractive in-house designs. The one I picked out was printed on an American Apparel track shirt, which is an incredibly soft and comfortable poly/cotton/rayon blend. Loving it.

One of the best odds and ends stores in Irvine. (It's really difficult to categorize these kinds of businesses! Ambiance Home has t-shirts, books, Japanese toys, a mini art gallery, plus other cultural miscellany.) The space is luxurious and large. Great music complements a great shopping experience. It's all about the "Thanks, I'm just browsing" here at Ambiance Home.
