Came here to get my eyebrows cleaned up and wanted to try out a new place! I booked an appointment online with Hannah on a Friday afternoon. I appreciated her reminder text message before the appointment. This place is located in the first floor of the Nordstrom by the makeup/beauty area. Hannah was very friendly and welcoming. She made the process very smooth and checked in on me on the progress of the waxing. I will definitely return here again when they grow out again!

I would highly recommend Roxanne to anyone looking for an eyebrow wax! I've had bad experiences at other waxing places so I was nervous to get my brows waxed by a new person, but Roxanne did a perfect job with my brows. She mapped out my eyebrows before waxing, and when she waxed them she left them as full as possible. After waxing, she showed me my brows in the mirror and asked if I wanted any more taken off. Then she tweezed small amounts so as not to take off too much, until I was 100% happy with how my brows looked. In addition to being great at what she does, she is also the sweetest and so friendly. Thank you Roxanne!

I live in Northern OC and I drove all the way down to Irvine to get my brows done. I normally go to the original ABH in Beverly Hills but I wanted to go to a salon that was closer to me. I had an appointment at 4, and I booked it on the ABH website. I show up and no one is at the ABH counter. One of the Nordstrom employees let me know the one chick that was coming it had called out and didn't notify any of their clients. I did not expect that from ABH. The Nordstrom chick felt really bad but it wasn't her fault. I am really disappointed and I had set a whole day to come down to Irvine to get my brows done. Shame on you ABH. Do better!!

Hannah is AMAZING! I have been seeing her for at least a year now and she has completely transformed my brows. They were pretty sparse prior to coming to her but now they are so much fuller and more symmetrical than ever. They have never looked better! She is also truly the nicest person and so easy to get along with and talk to. She cares about whether you are happy with the way your brows look and honestly just seems to care about her clients in general! I brought my husband to her after years of having his brows butchered and being put off to getting them done and he already wants to go back because they looked so great. 100000% will never have another person doing my brows ever again.

I have seen Roxanne at the Anastasia Brow Bar in Irvine for 5 years! She is impeccably talented, professional, and takes her time with tweezing my brows. She is a perfectionist beyond! Roxanne is located in Nordstrom at The Anastasia Brow Bar in Irvine. she has perfectly tweezed, shaped, and has taught me how to shape my brows over the past 5 years. she is not only professional, but takes her time every single time she tweezes and shapes my brows! she has diligently taught me how to grow my eyebrows and simultaneously taught me how to shape them. My brows always look amazing. I receive so many compliments on my brows, it has been a game changer for my overall aesthetic facial balancing! I did a search on "best eyebrow shaping in OC" and sure enough, Anastasia Beverly Hills at the Spectrum showed up first on the list. I can see why! As a first time client, I opted for the Signature Brow Service ($35). Krystal did an amazing job on shaping my brows!!! She took her time to make sure my brows were even, nicely arched, symmetrical, and perfect. My brows haven't been this nicely shaped in a super long time! The pics def don't do any justice. So SO thankful to have met Roxanne! She goes above and beyond when it comes to my eyebrows and her work. I remember reaching out to get them waxed for the first time a few years ago (after years of threading) and I honestly never looked back! I really appreciate how gentle and accommodating she is with my sensitive skin, and how communicative she is during the whole process. I've always had great experiences at Anastasia in the Irvine Spectrum! I have been going there for about 2 years now and they do my brows perfect every time. They take the time to stencil your eyebrow shape to make sure that they are even and perfectly match your facial structure! Everyone that I have interacted with in this beauty department is so helpful and I always look forward to my appointments with Roxanne. I always get sooo many compliments on my eyebrows and I highly recommend to everyone!

It took me a long time to trust someone new with my eyebrows. I read the reviews for Anastasia. I must say they were very accurate. I made an appointment with Hannah. She sent me a text before my appointment introducing herself. Which I thought was awesome. Anastasia Beverly Hills is located inside of Nordstrom on the first floor. It's near the cosmetic counters. It wasn't too difficult to find.Hannah was waiting for me. She has a very pleasant personality. I immediately liked her. She's sweet , professional and friendly. I told her what I wanted my brows to look like and showed her a picture. She listened and worked her magic. She did an awesome job. I've been a regular customer for over a year. I enjoy my appointments and conversations with Hannah.
