Was looking for an anime store and stumbled upon this place. It's small but dense. If you're looking generally for "anime stuff" this seems to be the place, lol. To my surprise they had some uncommon franchises like Gran Blue Fantasy. I don't typically see that even in huge anime stores so that was cool to see. I think this will be a place to check regularly.

Super small, but semi-affordable anime merchandise store. Went for an influencer event and the owner's dog showed up. Will come back when I have more money.

Review is based off my experince at the Animetopia booth at anime expo chibi 2023.While the booth was on the small side, their offerings made up for it. They carried a lot of things I'm interested in such as Twisted Wonderland, Bungo Stray Dogs, and Hypnosis Mic stuff. I was thrilled they had some Jigokuraku: Hell's Paradise items as I don't see it stock in many stores I visit. The items were organized into different sections which made it easy to look for items I want. They stock a lot of prize figures and second hand blind bag items which is great because I don't have to worry about getting duplicates of a character. There were many that I want, but I had to limit myself. Fortunately, their items are priced right and not overpriced like most anime shops. I am looking forward to the day their brick and mortar store reopens.

This feels like one of the last AMAZING anime stores California has to offer. Everything is so cleanly organized it makes searching for anything so easy! The selection is so huge and authentic too!!! I've gone three times now and each time I see so many more new things!!! I love this store and I'm so so glad it expanded in size, it's more than deserved, the staff lady who checked us out was so sweet!!I only wish there was a bit of music playing, but even then the atmosphere in this place is super welcoming. You totally need to follow their Instagram for new merch drops, it's the only account I have update alarms for!!

Great news for everyone, they MOVED! They moved to a more accessible location and I'm extremely happy about that. They seem to have a lot of hard to find collectibles that my youngest daughter loves to file through. Anime themes are organized so it makes looking for that exact thing easier to find. If you or your littles are into anime and you're in the the OC (Irvine and adjacent) pay a visit!

Love the selection. New location that is very accessible and lots of parking spot. Walk in and you immediately see the capsules and their main show room is in the back. Inspirational to see animes I haven't seen so far. Nickey was kind and patient as I was looking for a particular gift. Definitely worth a visit

Do not be fooled by the yelp rating. I don't know if this place has gone seriously downhill or what?! It was tiny, hot, I was told I can't use the bathroom (employees only), $10 for a plastic keychain. And we drove from Anaheim due to reviews saying it was the best store in SoCal!?Save time, go to Box Lunch.

This store is at a pretty strange location, being in what seems like an old office building with a tiny parking lot. The store itself is small, and the items they have are mostly thrown into bins and sectioned off by anime series/franchise, which I get because sometimes setting up organizational stuff can get pricey. For affordable merchandise, though, this store is pretty good. They have gashapons with some cute items, but I'm not sure if they're ones I wouldn't find elsewhere like in malls.I'd be back, but only if I were in a good enough mood to be hunting for something good.

This place is the real deal. I have found small rare items here from my favorite anime series that I normally would have had to proxy and import. They have exhibitor booths at anime conventions throughout SoCal so be sure to check out Anime Topia or AniTopia at your next con!

What a gem of a store! I love that they have official merchandise from Japan and it's affordable! They don't mark things up 3-4x's the price like some other anime stores I've visited. All of the merchandise is organized by series and some is even sorted by character. This made it so easy to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. I would love for them to stock IDOLiSH7 merchandise, so if you are a fan of the series, please let them know! They will consider stocking it if there is enough interest.

Such a cool lil shop!! They have sooo much merch from a lot of the more popular franchises including Attack on Titan, Haikyuu, Demon Slayer, and Gudetama.I really liked how everything was organized so it was easy to find whatever you're looking for. I specifically came for the Ensemble Stars merch and they even had all the can badges and keychains organized by the specific character. No small feat considering there's 49 different idols in the game! If you decide to visit, make sure you check out the upstairs as well!

Looks definitely can be deceiving. Like others have said "small shop" but there is so much anime merchandise that you might need several hours to go through all of it depending what your favorite anime is! They have their merchandise separated in different boxes by shows so that definitely helps when looking for something from a particular series. They had a nice selection of "That Time I was Reincarnated as a Slime" which definitely made my wife happy because its so hard to find things for that series in Hawaii. Definitely hope to go back next time we are in town.

Small shop that is divided into two sections: one inside an office room and one in an open space on the second level of the building. I appreciated that the items were clearly organized by specific anime shows and video games. Some of the merch that I remembered seeing belong to Cardcaptor Sakura, Demon Slayer, A3, Twisted Wonderland, and Persona 5 (just to name a few). The lady running the shop was very friendly. The address shown here is accurate (shop is inside a brown building with hefty wooden doors). To get to the office room walk past the front desk; you'll see a small room with the door open that has signs of the shop name. To get to the second floor, just head to the right of the front desk to reach some stairs.
