I went to store for repair,a female employee who looks like a supervisor has a bad attitude. She regards herself as the queen and the customer is her subordinate. I don't know if it's because Apple's excessive pursuit of profits or excessive confidence in its own products, so economical in terms of employee recruitment costs.But for me I choose one star for my queen.

Luis helped me as soon as I walked through the door. I needed help with my iCloud syncs and he was so efficient and helpful. Another staff member asked him to stop assisting me and help someone who wanted to buy a watch in front of me but my problem was not something the Genius Bar could help with so I really appreciated Luis helping me and so quickly.

I received a voice mail from your tech to update status of my lap top repair. I returned that call less than a minute later. I was placed on infinite hold. I tried 2 more times and was put on infinite hold 2 more times. I finally had to go to the store to talk to someone. This is truly horrible service. Returning customers calls, especially that are responding to your call, should not be a hugely frustrating experience like this. Apparently, customer service isn’t much of a priority at Apple Spectrum. Buyers need to know about this! It’s worth noting that no one ever contacted me about this problem. Management there apparently has 0 interest in customer satisfaction after they have booked a sale! Apple Spectrum assumes there are plenty of customers where I came from so why care about this problem at all! Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest rating. They deserve -10 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Really appreciate the salesperson and manager's help in making it easier for our dad to do a trade in when he purchased a new device. They went above and beyond in accommodating our request. Thank you!

You pay $1300 for a new pro Max 17 and all you get is one charging cable.... That's just disgusting... No wall plug, no little tool to open the SIM slot and no apple stickers.... Cheap broke Apple...

Came here bc my fiancé was locked out of her old iPhone & the staff was friendly & eager to help us out. We were in & out quickly & happy with the customer service. Pretty Dystopian feel to the place with the store sitting smack dab inside the middle of the Irvine Spectrum Center w/ so many ppl walking by the floor to ceiling fishbowl feeling wraparound windows, the class going on about taking better pictures with your iPhone led by a guy who reminded me of boozy Alec Baldwin that was attended by baby boomers & visa holders, & the utilitarian ultra modern minimalistic layout. We had a good experience & the issue we had was resolved quickly & effortlessly by the knowledgeable staff so we we're happy with the visit.

Received amazing customer service here. Started with Francisco who was very helpful even while handling multiple guests. Then came Jonas who was very friendly, sociable, helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Ended up walking out with a Mac desktop and the new AirPods Max. These two guys, especially Jonas, need recognition for their above and beyond service.

Rude staff. Don’t come here. To the manager and director of this store: I should’ve read the reviews prior. I just read below of people reporting rude and condescending staff and this guy was exactly that. I believe the person that asked if I needed help was David. not 100% sure but I didn’t need any help, he asked me so I might as well ask some questions. Every human being on this planet needs time to try things on, think things through when shopping. It’s called shopping for a reason. I merely put on the display Apple Watch for 5 min, took some photos trying to feel out the new product. I did not say one word to him, he then turns to me to say: “the return policy is 14days fyi since that’s probably how long long it will take you to decide”. He also said gold color looks better on Asians and snarlingly asked why I’m even comparing it to my old watch. What? Like I’m sorry? Why do you work here if you want to make people uncomfortable like it is a crime to take a second to think as if he expects me to see something and buy it in one second and if not I get judged and criticized? He helped another customer as another person came up so I picked up my phone to answer some messages that came in in the mean time . Then he turns around to say if I’m asking friends for advice in a snarky tone. I wasn’t. How’s that any of his business. But even if I did , so what. So what if people need 5 min, 30 min, 1 day, 2 days or however long. There was no respect for space for customers to “ shop”. Another customer bought a new device and he opened it and turns it on and he turns to that customer and says it in a snarky tone again, “ why are you setting it up right now , go sit over there”. He was so condescending and just disgusting. Because of him I did not buy anything nor do I want to be there ever again . I am not giving him any commission if they do earn that. He shouldn’t be working there making people uncomfortable. He is not fit for the job.

Worst experience in my whole life in this location. Unprofessional staff. No one has any ideas of how the trade in process is going. Disrespectful communication, they struggle even with the return process. Staff juggle you around when they can’t figure out a hiccup. Avoid at all cost

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro from AT&T and I headed to this Apple Store to do a data transfer.
As soon as I arrived, an Apple employee asked me if I had bought the phone from them. I told them I didn’t buy the phone directly from Apple. The employee immediately denied help.
He said they can only provide me a phone number to AT&T to do the data transfer over the phone.
This is the first time Apple has disappointed me, and it’s unprofessional turning away a customer who needs help with your own product. This is definitely a new low in customer service from Apple.
