I recently bought an iPhone here. The store was not too crowded on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They were able to help us immediately. Good architecture and selection! Many tables had the iPhone 15 models to browse and there was a table with the iPhone SE models.Less background noise would help. The team member did not seem to communicate at the beginning. It got better once the live audio presentation in the store stopped. Less background noise for all of us. There are many English as a second-language speakers in Irvine. If there is background noise - they cannot understand what is being said. So, please minimize background noise

Terrible customer service. Managers are extremely rude and do not help resolve issues. A sales associate was helping me with my purchase of the Ultra 2, and a manager interrupted multiple times to remind the associate to take his break. Crazy concept, but maybe wait until after he is finished helping the customer? These constant interruptions caused the sales associate to accidentally throw away my gift card from a trade. Multiple hours later and they could still not get my gift card back. Stole my money and I'm being told there is nothing they can do.*Edit- Changed my review to 3 stars, because after hours on the phone and two weeks of waiting, they were finally able to send me a new gift card.

The staff here on October 20 23 are absolutely fantastic!!! So kind so extremely helpful like extremely helpful!!!! They helped me and my daughter with completed phone issues, we were so stressed at first and they never gave up found a solution to every obstacle! And we had many due to a broken phone screen. But Theo was really going above and beyond to help! everyone was so incredibly helpful though ❤️❤️

Rude manager and store leader at this location. They threaten people to kick them out and refuse service. Danny needs a different job than being Apple store leaader. I have never such rude way of treating long term Apple customers by any Apple employee. I will be escalating this to the company.

Great service! The manger started helping me until the gentleman assigned to me could come over. They answered all my questions and they helped me make the best decision on my iPhone purchase.

I’ve been to this Apple Store twice and both times I had horrible experiences. This store needs better training for their staff. I ordered the new iPhone for pickup and although it gave me a set day to pick it up, it stated it was ready for pickup. I went the day before and I was told I could not pick it up, that I had to wait until the next day. I went the day of and I was told I needed to come again at a later time, I don’t understand why it would say I could pick it up if it was going to be an issue with the staff. It is very unprofessional to tell me to wait at a movie theater nearby when I’ve already wasted my time and gas coming to this store. It takes no more than 10 minutes to just hand me my order. I had placed another order at another store and I had no issue going to pick up my order ahead of time. This store needs a lot to work on! If I could give this Apple Store 0 stars, I would! This is unacceptable.

Beautiful Apple Store but as it is in Irvine at the Spectrum Center expect it to be very busy. If you are looking for a less busy store try the one at Fashion Island in Newport. This is a very cool store though.

I don't know why you need to make an appointment if it has zero impact on when they see you. Broke my phone made an appointment to get it fixed. Just a cracked screen they tell me it will be 5 hours until it's fixed because they have so many repairs today.So why did I make an appointment?

Do not buy from this store! Robbed of $1300. What was supposed to be a sales specialist is clearly not, she sold us a phone that we cannot use in the U.K. despite telling her we needed a phone that would work with a U.K. SIM card in the U.K. the device has no sim and only uses esim which my carrier does not support.Despite contacting apple within the 14 days of purchase they do not want to know. Apple U.K. have been more helpful and are shocked at the level of customer service from apple USA.

FABULOUS SERVICE ! Just as we were about to commence our bike ride early on Thursday morning my iPhone 14 Pro slipped out of my gloved hand and plummeted face first to the asphalt. I thought I might have got lucky when I picked it up as it looked ok at first glance.....it was inside an Apple MagSafe Clear Case. BUT NO ! And then on much closer inspection I could see a small fracture in the glass screen in the bottom right hand corner. BUGGER ! I have dropped an iPhone only twice in my life and both times it required glass screen replacement. NOT SO BAD ! When we got back home I contacted Apple Support and booked a 2.30pm slot on Friday to have the glass screen replaced. It would be a minimal charge of $29 because we paid for 2 year Apple Care Plus when we bought our iPhone 14 Pros from Apple online last year. We arrived a tad early on Friday and a male greeter at the entrance directed us to a bar height community table in the Genius Bar area at the back of the store. A technician named Glynis greeted us warmly when we arrived. I removed my iPhone 14 Pro from it's clear case and handed it to Glynis. After a few signatures Glynis informed us my iPhone would be ready to collect at 3.50pm. TIME TO SHOP ! We took care of some shopping at Target next door and came back about 15 minutes early. While we waited for my iPhone to come out we decided to pick out new more grippy cases for our iPhone 14 Pros. The Apple Clear Cases we have had since we bought our iPhones are slippery to touch and show lint like crazy front back and sides. THIS TIME ! A sales Specialist named Gabriel gave us some helpful assistance with what style cases were available in the colors we wanted. We almost bought a couple of Apple Silicon Cases in Red and Blue but then saw the new OtterBox Figura Series with MagSafe. NICE COLORS ! We switched over to a purple one ( Agrias ) and a blue one ( Morpho ) of these. We headed back to the waiting area at the Genius Bar and my iPhone 14 Pro arrived with it's gleaming new glass screen. A Repair Administrator named Jazmin explained there was no internal damage to my iPhone. IT'S ALL GOOD ! We paid the $29 co-pay ( beats paying over $329 for a new glass screen ) plus the cost of our new OtterBox Figura Series Cases. A GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Very poorly managed store, avoid at all costs. Atrocious customer service. Reserved a battery yesterday afternoon, told to return at 815 for install. Upon my return, they said closing time was at 9 and they had no time to install. The technician said to come next day and assured me it would be installed. Drove an hour next day, arrived and was told that the technicians were backed up and to leave phone overnight. This was the second time being promised a service and told to come back the next day. I spoke to the manager- Mike, who was dismissive and encouraged going to another store. If you have a repair don’t take their word at face value and expect to be mislead. This place is in dire need of better time management.

Staff at this Apple store needs to get some training on how to deal with customers and how to manage the line and how to talk with the customers away from rudeness and arrogancy. On Monday afternoon Aug 21, 2023, my husband and I had to stay on the line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to get us the iPhone we wanted to purchase. When we went to remind one of the staff about what happened to our order, (the big guy with a red hat), he was so rude and aggressive. He said we should wait until there is someone from the staff available.. While we saw most of the staff available and doing nothing, we went to another one and we placed the order again, with him this time. He took the order and then came back saying that there was a technical problem in the system and we need to wait longer in a very sharp way!!It’s very clear that staff there is not customer-service oriented; they need to be trained on communication basics and give more attention to customers.. We had to leave the store so disappointed and without being helped at all.. By the way, this is our second bad experience with the same Apple Store. Will never go there again!

Poor follow through. Had a scheduled appointment for repair, waited 2hours only to be told to come back next day. Scheduled another time, returned next day only to be told that there are no technicians available. They don’t respect your time, and don’t seem too empathetic that they wasted it. Response is, “well you can go to another store.”
