I have been using Ark Penny Tax Services for 3 years and service has been good. Prompt response and easy to use website and more importantly on time filing. NO questions/queries from IRS so far.

Filed using them in 2018 but got a letter from IRS about bad filing details. I tried reaching out to them but no response. Avoid them.
April 2020
This is my second year with Ark Penny and both the times the process have been smooth. Prompt response and service every step of the way. Setting up information and uploading documents were really convenient. Pretty transparent set up. Highly recommend Ark Penny.
