I NEVER received my package that states was delivered yesterday, Wednesday, 5-17-23, at 1134am. When I checked the tracking is when I discovered that it said it was delivered, showing the correct address and on Radnor but NO PRODUCT. I have 4 doors, I have checked each one and spoke to my neighbors, still NO PRoduct. I have a camera system and there was no delivery to my home. I went on to my Amazon account attempting to resolve this issue and was advised that I had to contact the seller, well, here I am, and now informed that your company will respond within 48 hours, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I attempted to call your company and heard the same recording for 10 min before I was disconnected.I am a nurse who works long hours, I have purchased ASICS for years because I feel it's an excellent shoe, however your customer service is worse than poor.You dont send your product until the money is received, I should be able to speak with a human being when I have a concern, complaint, or for any reason. I will NEVER purchase your product again because of the lack of customer service. When I do get a response, I will be requesting a refund and I will be advising coworkers, friends, family, and social media of your your practices...

I can honestly Asics has THE WORST customer service culture - just read hundreds of BBB complaints. i wish I had known before ordering their cheap quality shoes.

**************** Outlet Asics store was very helpful as it was first time trying Asics sneakers. Although the store did not carry 2E width, I made a few orders online to find the correct fit. Therefore I had to return a couple of orders. Returns were easy through ****** I got anxious about a couple of orders so I did follow-up with customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Refunds took within 1 to 6 business days of their warehouse receiving them. I have now made the switch to Asics Gel Kayano as a long time wearer of New Balance's 990.

Stay away from this company. They won’t honor their warranty and won’t let me post the below review on their site.FInd a different shoe companyI have owned Asics for over 10 years. They have always been great. In March 2023 I bought a pair of walking shoes. The left one had an issue with the heel padding after 2 weeks and only wearing them a few times. I called customer service where they immediately denied my claim as abuse to the shoe. They didnt even ask for a pic and didnt see the shoe. Im not sure what abuse I could have done that rapidly that didnt impact any of the previous pairs I bought. I had to push for them to review my claim and they then said I was out of the warranty period. When I questioned this, they went back to the abuse claim. After looking into it, I found many others posting issues with Asics heel padding and Asics denying their claim. Do yourself a favor and find another shoe company. One that actually cares about their customers .

HORRENDOUS, HORRENDOUS, HORRENDOUS Customer Service!!!I have never seen and/or dealt with or experienced worse!!!! They are rude, They LIE TO YOU, and basically for whatever it's worth, are completely pointless in creating any useful long-term benefit for Asics. Actually just the opposite!!!

YOU'LL BE SORRY if you place an order from this company and need to contact their "customer service." It is more like "Customer Denial": You (the customer) are automatically wrong. I assumed that I would be getting the best value by dealing directly with Asics online store, rather than a reseller. Definitely not. My experience with Asics by "going to the source" encouraged me to switch brands, as in I've bought my last pair of shoes from this company. Read my star rating as: minus 1 star.

ASICS has lost their integrity. Please take the time to read all the reviews on the ASICS website and on their Facebook page. There is a pattern of very serious issues being reported about their new Gel Kayano 29's with the shoes being extremely loud and squeaking like a gym floor, the toe box changing causing nightmares, pieces breaking immediately and more. Many reviews are being censored and removed, mine included. Thankfully many are also still there to protect the public. Clearly ASICS knows of their defective shoes and does nothing about it but deflect or hide. That's called fraud. To do this to consumers in this climate and economy where people can't even afford food or gas is pure evil. I'm a long time and loyal ASICS owner, owning other ASICS shoes. I am a grown older woman. I know how to fit my feet to shoes. I consistently wear a size 6 shoe in the ASICS brand. I enrolled in the ASICS member one program specifically to buy their orchid colored shoes only available online. Before I ordered my pair, I did everything reasonable and practically expected of a consumer including trying on the same shoe in store with thick socks, sized up to a 6.5 when ordering for extra comfort then tried them on again at home once I received my order in the mail. All of which I clearly documented via photographs and video with to the day and minute time stamping and very transparently provided to ASICS. Even with all my due diligence I still had serious issues the second I took the shoes outdoors even with thinner socks to boot. I didn't even last 3/4 of 1 mile it was that bad with burning foot pain and the discovery of folding in the inner back heel. Sadly, if you get any response of help for anything from ASICS it's to gaslight and blameshift you. It's quite sad. Things like, maybe you didn't have a pronating shoe before, when in fact my other ASICS are duomax pronating shoes. (This also proven via tie stamped photographs to ASICS, too.) Or sending me an article on how to size your shoe. Regardless of whom I spoke with their response was hostile, cookie cutter and deflected all responsibility, blaming me for "poor fitment" which is a bold face lie that I can and did prove. Like many other ASICS reviews, no true resolution was provided for me despite the clear poor manufacturing/defectiveness of this shoe and subsequent heel collapse. Corporate's only resolution to return their shoes to outlet stores for their test run program is a complete lie. Don't believe me? Call an outlet store. I drove quite a distance to my closest outlet to return mine per ASICS direction and sadly I learned there was no test run program and they do not return ASICS online purchased shoes. To validate the facts of my case further, I even had them size my foot there too and I am in fact smaller in size than I ordered just as evidenced. All of this being bad faith and a violation of consumer protection laws and breach of warranty. Buyer beware. Do not patron these shoes or manufacturer haphazardly online nor without caveat in store or you'll end up like me and many, many other women who are stuck with unwearable, defective shoes. ASICS, you could have made this right for me and for all the other women with the exact issues easily identifiable on your own website reviews and their linked emails and all over your Facebook, too. But not doing anything proves my case and all the other women's cases that much more giving standing to serious legal remedies. This review serves as a smoking gun and one more public document you have receipt of with knowledge of your manufacturing defects. Your attempts to remove mine and others reviews from your site further proves the lengths you have gone to cover your poor business practices, bait and switching and fraud.

I emailed and called sent photos and everything they requested and they denied the claim . This pair was GEL-KAYANO 28 purchased August 13, 2022. I wish I could post the photos here for everyone to see. This company use to be my favorite shoe to run with . I will no longer support this company because they do not stand behind their quality of their products. If you can return the shoes at the store and pick a different brand I would save yourself the headache and your money dont waste it on this brand. This company is a joke and you will not get the proper customer service with this company.

Wow, I am blown away by how badly this company is reviewed, I truly had no idea. I have 2 pair of Kayano 27's that injured my toe from the attached pics you can see the stiff and rigid edge in the toe box. The defect is VERY obvious but their subjective warranty found nothing wrong... Hmm, who does that decision benefit? Don't take my word for it, use ANY other running shoe, press on the toe box and there will NOT be a stiff and rigid edge. If you think these reviews are bad, you see their BBB rating(s), they're abysmal. I believe their corporate address is 7755 Irvine Center Dr, Suite 400, Irvine, CA 92618 which was NOT EASY to find, I guess if you don't want people to know, hide contact info as best as possible. Besides disputing the charge with my credit card company, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission AND the CA Attorney's General office. I am a LONG TIME ASICS user and this is the 1st time I've ever encountered such a problem and now understand how utterly useless using their customer service is and the return policy is a complete joke, unused, unworn AND tags still have to be attached, plus shipping slip AND ALL original packaging, how are you supposed to even know if you like them if you can't try them on and wear them even for 5 min's??????

I've worn Asics GT line if trainers for years. The last part I bought felt ok in the store. The upper part of the shoe is made so poorly, no support whatsoever, and my 12 year old trainers are in better shape and offer more support. You can't make the upper of a shoe that demands support entirely out of fabric with iron on decals. The are horribly made, and for $130. What's up with the non-stop looping phone number? That makes the company look worse. I've observed how Asics treats the retailers that sell their products. I'd stop carrying all Asics products until they can put something on the shelf that's not a complete embarrassment.

Ordered a tennis shoes online on April 13 but didn't get email confirmation of my order while my card was charged with the amount. Sent an email inquiry for order status and was told the order was received and a confirmation email will be sent soon. After a week or so I asked again for order status and said it was shipped already without giving any tracking number. I've decided to call them and the guy on the phone apologized that I was told it was shipped but actually it got stuck in their system. A refund will be issued so I can just re order if I want to. And as of this writing, no refund / no shoes..NADA.
