I went to this AT&T store to get help activating a new iPhone. I originally did the deal at a different location, but this store was closer, and as far as I know, any AT&T store should be able to help.
What I experienced here was extremely disappointing. The employee told me he couldn’t activate my phone because my old number “belongs to Verizon.” He even called his manager, they talked for a while, and in the end I was simply told that they “don’t have access” and can’t help me.
What made it worse is that he clearly said that if I had done everything through him, I wouldn’t be having these problems. That felt very unprofessional.
I then drove to the original AT&T store where I made the purchase — they fixed everything in about 5 minutes with no issues at all. The employees there laughed and suggested that the guy at this location was probably just upset he didn’t get credit for opening six lines.
Bottom line: wasted time, zero real help, and a very strange attitude. I recommend staying away from this location.

I was not greeted when I walked into the store. I wasn't even acknowledged. Though they all three noticed me I just stood in front of them until they acknowledged me. There was one man sitting at the desk the woman was helping. Once the guy at the computer I'm guessing Ying acknowledged me he gave me a cold how can I help you. Once we got things rolling someone walked in who was also Asian was immediately greeted with a welcoming hi and how can I help you. The same man Ying's demeanor changed completely in energy and tone. I did not feel welcomed in this store at all.

Very disappointing experience. I walked in politely and explained that I wanted to change my meal set. The staff didn’t even stand up to greet me and just told me to call the ATT customer service myself. I said I had already called and waited for over 30 minutes with no answer, but he just smiled and said he was also calling, then stopped responding.
Later, another staff member said he was about to get off work, and all the Chinese-speaking staff started chatting outside, leaving me alone in the store without any help.
The service attitude here was really poor compared to the Marketplace location, where the staff were much more professional and helpful. I hope this branch can improve its customer service training and show more respect to customers.

Had a great experience at the AT&T store in Irvine! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made everything easy and got my issue sorted out quickly. Really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole visit was. Definitely recommend this location!

Went today at 6pm, only two guys in the store straight up told me they couldn’t help me upgrade my plan. I was like hi I’m atnt member wanna upgrade to a new plan. He said he couldn’t help with that only online for no reason at all 😂

I recently signed up for home internet service at this store, and I have to say, the experience was amazing! The staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to help me out. They patiently explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions without hesitation. On top of that, the whole process was really quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and people who genuinely care about getting everything right for you!👍👍

The shop is in a very bad condition, no one can speak English and they don't know how to do anything. I ordered my phone 7 days ago and now they are telling me that it hasn't arrived yet and to cancel it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get service from here.
