Amazing customer service!
Today I went to this AT&T store because my phone order had already been placed over the phone, but the SIM cards were lost in the mail and we also had activation issues. The team spent almost two hours helping us and made sure everything was fully resolved.
A special thank you to Jesse — he was extremely helpful, patient, and dedicated. His work ethic really stood out, and he made the whole experience so much easier for us.
Really appreciate the great service!

I truly appreciate how kind and thorough Mark was in explaining and assisting me. His genuine care and sincerity in responding to each customer is something rarely seen in today’s service industry. While many approach customers with a one-time, superficial smile focused only on sales, Mark genuinely understood what I needed from the customer’s perspective and provided excellent support.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
Highly recommended to go with a different carrier since atnt it's a scam! So came to the store of attnt because I got my new phone with them they signed me up for deals back in December where it has not been a year yet and they told me to get the protection phone and I only have to pay 15 dollars more per phone insurance. Coming in today to the store where I have a problem with my adapter and my phone gets overheated and takes 70 minutes to start working and charge until 2 percent. Requested for the supervisor to give me an explanation why they told me to pay 15 dollars more for repairs and damage control and I have to pay 275 dollars
When I came in today to the store and told them this problem they blaming me for having a problem because I dropped my phone and the supervisor Mark tried to scream at me telling me that it's my blame because I broke my phone,
However I came with a different problem and trying to charge me 275 for the new phone. Waiting for 4 hours for the supervisor to get here
Educate your sales people how to talk to customers
Educate your employees on how and what coverages you have to not confuse the customers.
Micah, the owner is very entitled human being that thinks he is better than anyone and nobody can come after him.
Well we shall see if the customer. Or the salesperson is right in this situation

There has been a confusion in their math when they are selling lines. Sales person is completely directing you the way they get more money from you. If there is a way that you will make more savings, they don’t warn you properly. Be careful about their calculations because when you see the bill at the end of the month, you’ll be pissed off. I went there to lower my bill but they increased my bill %30 percent. BE CAREFUL

We specially came to this AT&T from a neighbor city because of its high review and we are so glad we came! Joshua was very professional, had our benefit in mind and helped us get the best deal that works for us. My husband and I have been with AT&T for few years then we left because fees always accumulate and the in store agents were not transparent which led to multiple revisits to the store. This time, we are very pleased we chose to come back and for that, we have Joshua to thank.

I waited for thirty minutes, but there was no response and the employees were just chatting among themselves. When I asked how much longer I had to wait, they told me to wait twenty more minutes.

My overall experience was good. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because the representative messed up the numbers or switched phone numbers between my son and my wife's phones. My son's phone was disabled for 1 day and he was very upset, especially with their generation. And my wife's clients were wondering why she changed her phone number (it was my son's phone number showing on her calls)...we went back the following day to get it fixed.
And now everybody's happy.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store thanks to Joshua! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Joshua went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left the store completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, but Joshua exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this location—ask for Joshua if you need assistance!

Harry the store manager was superb!!!
He took his time listening on my needs for my business, home, internet and my additional lines. He also provided me lot of patience explaining the types of plan and what is best for me.
He provided me an option of opening a new line for my business which I need and also a promotion to trade in my Samsung for a new Zfold !
One of his staff Jacob was very knowledgeable as well !
5 star excellent service and wonderful people in this Att store !
