The worst customer service ever! Mike was unable to help us but refused to get a manager for us to speak to. He was not solution-oriented and did not help us even try to solve the problem. I think Cam was the other guy's name. When asked if the corporate store could help solve the issue they did not want to give us that information, however finally they did. Never again!!!

Had a great experience at this AT&T store purchasing a new Iphone, AirPods, and getting a red light screen protector installed. Everything was done flawlessly and efficiently. Huge thanks to Long, Cam, and Adam for their help. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any telecommunications company. They are liars and scammers. I went this store to upgrade my two iPhones to 17pro. Adam was the employee who helped us. We told him to upgrade the phone without any protection or things of sort. He told us don’t worry so we proceeded with the upgrade. As a former att corporate manager, I knew the procedure and didn’t think too much. However, we received our first bill and it went up by 80 bucks. Because he did add protections and next up. We went back there and the other employees and store manager was covering up for him, refusing to take the services off for us. We do not recommend you guys to do any sort of transaction in this dealer store as they straight up lied to our face.

Went here to upgrade to two 17 pro maxes, they added on extra features without my permission. Went in there to figure out what is going on, said they don’t know what happened and can’t cancel the add on feature in store. So we had to spend an extra hour on their support line, very frustrating experience overall, would not recommend this store.

Bad customer service the person over there didn’t even smile and for the second time the same person added phone insurance without asking me and next up anytime without asking me as well i hate that specific location for that bad customer service and I regret dealing with it for the second time i was asking about a service and the same person told me you will find it at the best buy booth which doesn’t make any sense but i said why not try it and after i have been there they told me they doesn’t provide this service at the booth and they never did so i have gone to a different location and they helped me with that service and it was really a good location people are smiling and they know what they are doing and that’s the location that i will always go to it was really such a bad experience in that location never going back there and i wish the management mentors the associates over there because they don’t know alot of things and most probably adding those services without even saying to get a commission or bonus that they don’t even deserve

Adam provided beyond 5 stars! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process with my phone trade in was smooth and seamless!! He also helped me get a $30 credit per month on my cell account!!

I went in for the promotion to trade my iPhone 13 for the new 16 at no cost. Without saying anything, the representative signed my line up for the $10/mo “next up anytime” which I have no interest in.
