Not welcoming at all unless you approach them and talk to them. they made me wait for 30 min then told me they don't have a phone I wanted.

As a former employee, I can safely tell you they do fraud. They will change your plan without permission, they will add insurance and other add-ons without your permission, and they will not be up front about your true monthly recurring bill. They have no respect for you as clients and laugh about fraud on your account when you leave the store. It is called commission fraud and they will do it on your account. The manager will lie to you about waiving activation fees. The reps will completely gas light you and misrepresent the entire transaction. It's a pile of hot garbage topped with fresh dog $&*T. Save yourself the headache and unprofessionalism of going to this store stick to using a corporate AT&T location.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes in the lobby and not acknowledged. The sales person didn’t seem to be up on the latest promotions. The entire experience was generally unpleasant and cold experience. When the salesman called his office to inquire about the length of contract for the bundle he didn’t speak in English. Normally this is done when trying hid something from the customer. He spoke to me fine in English. Don’t come to this place expecting quick resolutions to your issues or if you want to make a quick purchase. Block out more than a half hour.Hmmm I wonder if this review is being suppressed. It has zero views over a 1 year period

Do not go to this store. Give your business to another location. I've been a 10+ year customer of AT&T, use them for tv, wireless, internet. These employees do not care about overall ATT customer service. I came in for a simple exchange of a phone with that I made online. Once they realized I wasn't going lead to a new phone/line sale, they didn't want to spend the time to help me. At one point, they told me I'd be better off going to target to buy a flip phone and deal with ATT customer service. They only seemed to care about customers who wanted a new phone or line. Manager was rude and condescending to his employee as well. Plenty of other locations to go to.

Went to the store for the iPhone promotion. We asked if we could upgrade the phone and pay the difference so it wouldn't show on our bill, and we were informed that we could. The representative then forgot to charge us the difference and was reluctant to fix it. He went to the back and then came out and said the transaction was reversed. However, this was the last phone they had that we wanted, and in the process, someone ordered the phone online so we could no longer get it. Because of this, we left without the new phone only to find he had disconnected our line and refused to help us link it back. He stated we had to call customer service. We spent an hour with customer service phone support to reconnect. Because we left without the phone, we later purchased one in full at the Apple store. When our bill came, they added 3 additional services (insurance, att&t next and 500gb cloud service) and still charged($1099.00) us for the phone we did not receive or sign for. When going back, they refused to help and said the only way to fix was call customer service. 5-6 hours of phone calls with 3 representatives identifying the issue and seeing the stores mistake directed me back to the store as only they could handle the issue. Went back to the store called customer service in the store while both sides claimed the other had to help. During this time, the employee insisted on not being bothered and watched stranger things on the store TV. Still have this charge for the phone and had to file fraud with att&t as well as an fcc complaint. DONT GO TO THIS STORE OR GIVE THEM YOUR INFO THEY SEEM TO BE SIGNING PEOPLE UP FOR SERVICES NOT REQUESTED. Keep your personal info safe!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable! We had an issue with an online order and Long and the team were very kind to help us out. Highly recommend this shop. Buying/changing/whatever cell phones/plans/companies is like visit a car lot, mostly an unbearably frustrating and annoying process. While my mind hasn’t been changed about the company at large, Long and the team at this particular store are very helpful and i would definitely recommend going here, especially if you hate cell phone stores like i do. That’s why we tried to process our order online in the first place, but it’s always better to talk with someone and have them help you our right when you need it.

I had to port a company number from Verizon to a personal account here at AT&T and Jonah R made it seamless and enjoyable. Everyone else in my company had a lot of difficulty but I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a brand new device and accessories. Never had a better experience at a phone store. Thanks Jonah!

How ridiculous and stupid is it to list that the store opens at 11:00am on a Sunday when an employee rushed in at 11:15 with no apologies and lie to our face that the system is down and they can't open the store till noon.We rushed to another AT&T store down the street and they were open and no systems issue.This has caused a lot of inconvenience to us.

Awful experience. Went in to get support with putting the AT&T cover on my phone. The assistant begrudgingly helped as he was in the middle of watching a movie. His two colleagues were slurping over a Starbucks on their phones uninterested in helping anyone else.When a bubble appeared on my screen cover after leaving I popped back, the same assistant was back at his movie and said we only do this as a courtesy. I said the folks at the District have been incredibly helpful. He said it’s your case. I showed him my case with the very same case and cover without issue. “It’s just a courtesy” he replies. “You should go back there if that’s where you bought it.” I said, “isnt this AT&T?”. “Yeah but we’re just a franchise.”As if the customer cares. Awful experience. The sooner phone shops like these are shut down the better so that assistants like this guy (tattoos all over both his hands) can find a better vocation as service is not it.

Came in to get some help using my new phone. The only person in the store was not helpful at all. He just said he couldn't do anything for me and that he was in a meeting (on the phone). No customer service at all. His attitude was very dismissive. Didn't care to even try to help. Go to another Att store if you need any help. No wonder why this store is empty.

Went into this store today. We were the first customers in the store and the store associate was not only unable to help with the problems we had but had an attitude with us. Unsure why she had an attitude when we were the first customers to walk into the store? Previously have had really good experiences with this store. Unfortunately the Sarvin was not only unwilling to help us out but also did not seem to know how to show us the details of our account. Do not recommend this store, however if you do go hope you have better luck.

this review is really not about a store store but about the Robo calls that I continue to get from AT&T I hate them I will never do business with them. I want to get off of their list so I don't get their daily phone calls that are nothing but a robot promoting their business.

I love the AT&T store on Barranca! Our representative, Kam, was so nice and helpful. After leaving the AT&T store at the Spectrum Center in tears because an employee was screaming at my husband. which was awful, it felt good to have someone who was kind to me and was knowledgeable. Kam's excellent customer service skills kept me as an AT&T customer. I strongly recommend this branch of AT&T. Staff is so friendly!!
