My husband was just there on Monday 4/21 to pay his business account balance since his card NSF’d. There were two Asian employees, a girl and a boy named Chris. My husband walked in he said he was going to use the kiosk to pay but they told him because they shut it down already since they close at 8pm. Why are they shutting down their systems prior to closing?
Then my husband tells them if he pay with a card with them and they said yes. But the balance on the account said “$0.00” so Chris refused to take payment because he said if a balance reflects $0 they cannot take payment. If that is true, that is the obnoxious policy ever. Then my husband says well can I get a statement of my recent bills and Chris said no that he is not allowed to provide that.
