I came to AutoNation Toyota of Irvine, first as a service customer. And I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, and ease, while also waiting in a wonderful facility. They have a great service department!
Then I received an email from Adam Bahnassia in the sales department, as they were looking for cars like mine to buy back. I was interested in just checking out a new car, to see if it was viable.
Adam is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and understood my circumstances. His follow through is amazing and they were able to get me into a brand new 2025 Camry SE Hybrid!
Not only was the process seamless, it was easy and victorious.
Adam even took his day off to work with my scheduling needs and sense of urgency.
And the service team is extremely professional and cares. Though all service advisors have been great, Gilbert goes above and beyond and is a wonderful listener. Along with extremely knowledgeable.

Great experience at AutoNation Toyota of Irvine!
I want to give a huge thanks to my service advisor, Cesar Quezada, for an amazing experience and fast service. He was very professional, knowledgeable about all the services, and quickly answered every question I had. As soon as I drove in, they were ready to help me. My car was finished sooner than expected, and I even got a complimentary car wash!
I highly recommend this location—make sure to ask for Cesar when you come in.
P.S. Fresh popcorn and complimentary coffee in the lounge are a nice bonus!
