I have a client who has been with B of A for 35 years and in that time we have bounced maybe 5 checks. Today I was at the Trabuco Branch which I go into almost every day. Made a deposit of $24,000 with checks from long time clients. The account has a balance of $65,000 and they put a hold on my deposit. Have not had a hold on this account ever. The manager has no authority to over ride the hold. So now I have to wait until April 2nd to use the funds. I absolutely hate B of A. I do business for other clients with Chase and Wells Fargo. The best bank by far for their clients is Wells Fargo. They go out of their way for there business clients. B of A NEVER does. There to busy having a greeter at the door....which by the way is the most useless way of using man power I have ever seen. Meanwhile the teller line takes forever because they usually have one person working there. Brian Moynihan is the dumbest CEO in the country. I am moving all my accounts to Wells Fargo

Bank of America's best branch in Irvine. Great location and open more hours and Saturdays. Open until 5:00pm weekdays. Got there the other day at 4:55pm and got great service from Sam (Samantha). Very personable very professional. Hope t have her assist me in the future.

The worst branch ever. All upper level employees onsite along with banch manager and supervisor must be fired for poor service always they offer. There is always a big line for cashier. Manager comes with attitude as if she is making an extra effort to make banking smoother. How this locations is having poor reviews compared to other branches of BOA? The area manager or operations director must look in to it other than replying to reviews here. Do something before its too late for your business.

Terrible customer service. Several employees, likely upper level in office and not helping desk agents. Over ten people in line and zero bank administrators seem to be aware that customers need assistance. For such a large bank institution, it is surprising that they continue to have business for such little customer support. The second star is for bank cleanliness.

made a deposit to my Bank of America/Merrill Lynch credit card account and assumed it was done correctly. a few days later I noticed that my cash deposit was not posted to my credit card account and after some research I found that the money was deposited to my checking account. awful mistake and I was charged late fee by my credit card company.

Ever since they started catering mostly to the Asian community their attitude and service has diminished drastically. I have used him as a personal business banking, but I will be closing down my business accounts first with them soon.

Very comfortable ambiance. Nice design. Friendly environment for a bank. Lobby for wait is very confi and I like the welcoming staff from the entrance to bank this morning. I will definitely come back here to do some banking business very good work environment and to go with all other locations would be a drive difference

Bank of America manager who runs this bank is very discriminating towards me and she literally decided to make me not cash a check forcing me to open an personal account which explains all the chaos about their policies. After using bofa for all business matters. For the first time, I needed to cash a check after 3 years and the lady simply didn’t do it especially to their business client who givesThem so much business. they can’t even take care of their business clients and her arrogant response was, I don’t have to talk to anyone.. while the bank down the street who is also Bank of America cashed it for me with no question. This shows discrimination and my corporate lawyers will definitely contact their headquarters’s to file a complaint.

Had an appointment at 4:30pm. It’s 4:56pm and still waiting to be served. What is the point of scheduling an appointment. So disappointing. Served at 5pm after talking to someone. ?
