This place is terrible. Everyone's a trash. Their customer service is zero. Everyone's rude and not helpful at all. If you have an issue they don't wanna help they just tell you no and that's it. WTH are you here for if you're not going to find solutions for customers?? Bank of America overall is just terrible. They have terrible rules with zero logic. I'm getting sick of it, I'm going to take my business to Chase or Citi Bank.

I've been going to this bank since 2014. Everyone is really friendly, helpful, and courteous. Early on I had spoken with a financial advisor about opening up accounts to save, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I also worked with a personal banker a few years ago about opening up joint accounts that would fit all my needs. Today, I met with Warren who answered all my questions about finance planning with professionalism, detail, and courtesy. If you are considering opening an account here for long term finance planning, he is definitely the guy to speak with.

Love this bank but the atm machines are always down and now we go in on a saturday morning to cash a check and all the tellers are down due to a technical difficulty!!!!!!!! Are you serious . This is unprofessional and not convenient at all. You would think being a multi million dollar conglomerate that they would have it together , and they dont !!!! This is so frustrating . Im about to change over to chase if it doesnt change .

Everyone that works here is so rude it's honestly ridiculous. i'm so disappointed at how bad this bank has become. I've been with bank of america for 10 years and lately every single time i come in, they're so rude and disrespectful. they don't want to help anyone out. I went in today to ask about the fees i've been getting charged and the guy tells me "i can't help you here you have to call them" after i was already on the phone with them and they told me to go to the nearest bank of america. the guy that helps me then says "i don't know if it's going to take 5 minutes or one hour to talk to someone so i suggest you calling them while you wait here". I wouldn't be writing this review if this wasn't a consistent thing that's happening but it is. I used to love bank of america because of the awesome service i've received in the past but now i will be switching over to chase bank because of the rude employees here. Thank you for the service!

This is probably the worst bank in existence! I don't bank here but I pay my rent to my landlord here and it's a nightmare at all times. There is like 8000 employees but only 2 checkers for a long ass line! It's a joke! This is why I will never bank at b of a No thank you!

I went to this place three times for a simple pin change. I hope they’re not incompetent. I think they just don’t want to help you. I still can’t use atm and pull out my own money because they either changed my pin after i left or they don’t know how to change something as simple as changing pin number. Whichever one it is, I’ve made the decision to open an account with chase and plan on moving all my business to them. If you want to take care of business in the most efficient way possible, don’t come to this one.

Thankfully my experience wasn't SUPER negative but I will say BofA is definitely "just ok." Nothing special about the branch or the people to be honest with you. I opened an account roughly about 8 years ago... when I moved to Irvine. There were some helpful people there at that time but they have moved on. At this point the branch is remodeled. It looks nice but ok.... They do have ATM secured by locking doors after closing. Basic ATMs.... deposits withdrawals and such along with cardless options. The last time I went in to the branch, I was going to close my account because I no longer needed an account here. I'd rather give my business to USAA (being a VET and because their customer service is TOP notch). Of course they weren't happy to hear that (which surprises me when companies do this... simply because most of the time NOT one company does anything special to make you reconsider..... you're just a number to them).... womp womp.... But yes, I closed my account and drained all the funds. Then came 21 questions. About me and my job, going into a different type of account and my plans for life..... (like.... why BRO?!). Then they got a little too personal and I just cut them off and told them to shut it down. After talking with 2-3 people they finally gave me my money and a close out statement. I get businesses don't want to lose business but I WILL NOT just give it away to people who couldn't care less. Now I just go to deposit cash into my mothers account when I need to. Nothing more than that. Starting the NEW YEAR off with a **BANG**

Very strange branch. You want in and no tellers insight...just offices. I waited to find out where the nearest teller branch was and I was directed around behind a center section of offices where the tellers are hidden. Other than the guys in the black suits standing around deciding who to help next, the service was friendly. The tellers worked steadily with the line of customers and provided a short wait time in line.

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and the atmosphere is very comforting. I've banked with Kyle Gonzales for a while and I have never left this facility without complete satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend

I was the 8th person in line with two bank tellers. They had about 4 New accounts employee which no one said Thank you for waiting. Zero acknowledgement of the line forming. This was not a good experience. Don't Bank HERE!!

There's about 15 people in line & only 1 teller. This is ridiculous. An hour wait to get a few deposits in & come to find out they don't even have any change until after 12pm? Horrible service

It's so frustrating when there is a huge line and the employees don't give a flying fuck about it. They take their sweet time and only have one teller working. And yet there was no apology or any customer service. A middle aged woman was so frustrated she started cursing at them. Maybe we should change to Chase

They don't care about the customers at all. I had been waiting in for the teller for the past 40 min and there is such a big line. There are only two tellers and the manager comes up, informing the other teller to go for lunch knowing the fact there so many customers waiting in the line. Very unprofessional and behavior as if they don't care of the customers at all. I've been going to the other Bank of America locations and even though they're busy but they make sure that the customers are taking care of ASAP but here it's totally the opposite, they don't care of you not your business. Very disappointed!

Hi , Please do not trust the personnel of this branch. A few days ago I went to the branch , she did not pay about seven hundred dollars of my cash, and after my insistence and counting she fund, I announced that I was correct and returned the amount to me.
