Will not be shopping at BevMo! AnyMo!
Check your receipts, cause you’ll likely be paying more than you expected. Purchased sake here and was charged double what they had it listed in the aisle as. When I pointed this out after reviewing my receipt and showing them where in the aisle it was listed for half the price charged, I just got a shrug from the manager and was told it was mislabeled and mispriced. How are people supposed to shop without confidence in the pricing?? Inaccurate pricing and advertising with no accountability from the staff and a big waste of my time pointing it out to them.

Unbelievable service! My family accompanied me to buy wine and the woman at the front desk refused to serve us simply because she didn't have ID, and even later I was not allowed to buy wine alone. I will never buy wine here again, amazing service, well done!

Today I went to the shop and want to buy alcohol for myself. I’m with my boyfriend who is under 21 because we just bought something else from this plaza so we went together to this shop. When we are checking out at the desk, the lady who claims her self a manager asked both of us for our id but my boyfriend is under 21 so she refused to sell us the alcohol. She said she will not sell it to us since not both of us showed her the id. So I asked my boyfriend to go out and then I’m the one to purchase the alcohol. Still she refused to sell me even though I claimed super clearly that I’m the one who buy and drink it. This is the violation to my right and I have the right to buy my drinks but she wouldn’t sell me it even though Im just there by myself. I want to speak to her manager but still she refused me and told me she is the manager. I strongly believe that she had a bad day and now she is spreading her bad emotions to me. She doesn’t show any her respect to her customer at all. This made my day awful and I will never comeback to this place again due to the awful service and this awful and ridiculous lady.

The staff here is always friendly and courteous. Check out is fast, and I never realized that they have so many other items for quick pickup. IE: groceries and other needed items. All in all, a very convenient place to shop.

Not a bad spot, but sometimes service can be a little hit or miss and as a person who doesn't drink I need more help than others. Aside from that its vibe is a bit better than your corner liquor store. You will find stuff reasonably priced.

Got some serious hit or miss with competence. The most recent vis was beyond incompetent. Needed a bottle behind the glass, cashier said let me help the next person first, as he said the key was at the other drawer. I said cool, but then decided to take about 5 minutes to check out 3 bottles. Then he said I don't have a key, find someone at the back. He did aplogize, however, when I got to the back, there was someone working and ignored me asking for help before I had to raise my voice. Finally comes out of hiding and clearly hates his job. Finally got the bottle, then brings it up, but lo and behold there's a line. Waited another 5 minutes for the line to clear. 20 minutes late it's finally done. I've been going here for over a decade and shit does it suck now. What normally takes less than 2 minutes with no line turned into watching paint dry. All I gotta say is damn, this used to have pretty good employees but damn do these blow. It's a very convenient location, so just manager your expectations.

Huge, immaculate and a plethora of items to fulfill your alcohol and snacking needs. It would be impossible to carry every brand but they do have an excellent variety. Thereafter, you can always special order your favorite. I also love shopping here for stocking stuffers. They carry lots of fun and different food stuffs, small alcoholic single drinks and morning after cures. Trust me, you'll be a hit Christmas morning. The service is always great. I was asked if I needed help and the cashier was efficient. You can count on this location!
