Hot yoga is the best form of yoga i believe for the body as the effect of heat helps in taking away the stiffness from the body gradually. This place is amazing with lot of sessions in a day. Instructors are quite knowledgable and they do a great job teaching yoga.

I am happy with this place for my yoga. Even it's very far from my house...because of nice atmosphere! Friendly staff!
